In this report I will present a deep analysis of some of the major aspects and areas of an organization that has recently introduced and applied IT Domination to its business. Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has recently established the new web based structure for the enhanced management and handling of some of the main aspects and related areas to make sure the safety of food and drug intended for man as well as animal, and also safety of biological and chemical substance in addition to electronic products (SFDA, 2010; SFDA-3, 2009). Description of Organization The use of web based platform for the better handling of organizational processes and related areas is turning out to be a wide spread trend. In this regard I have chosen case study of the web based system implementation by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) was established by the Commission of Ministers. SFDA is a self-governing organization that is responsible for direct reporting to the Saudi Prime Minister. The main objective of this authority is to make sure the wellbeing of food and drug intended for man as well as animal, and also the protection of biological and chemical material in addition to offering electronic commodities. Conclusion In this report I have presented a detailed analysis of Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)’s new web based platform establishment. Here in this report I have assessed some of the main aspects and areas of the new technology platform and some of the fundamental and prime aspects that definitely lead to high performance of the corporate. In this report I have also evaluated main technology needs, IT governess model, and main success and failure aspects.
