Those who are confident, show sincere interest, and have the proper skills for the job are most likely to get hired. The BATNA form is filled out below. Position Overview - Retail Business Manager Assumes direct responsibility for all day-to-day store operations, including: Targeted sales achievement Store financial management Merchandising/promotional activities Customer service and retention Audits Employee training Merchandising/promotional activities Inventory management Cash handling, reconciliations and deposits Customer satisfaction measured by surveys Store safety and security Ensures attainment of all net sales and revenue goals including: Gross sales/net sales Accessory sales and margin targets Rate plan take rates Enhanced services targets - features/text messaging/insurance sales, fees, data products and all other add on products Automatic bill payment targets Assists in the establishment of budget; operates store within approved budget. Exhibits solid understanding of financial/business metrics and reports. Analyzes business operations and trends. Develops and executes plans to correct improvement areas. Manages the human resources function for assigned store including recruiting, selecting, employee development training, employee relations, performance management Facilitates regularly scheduled employee meetings Develops store sales strategies and facilitates tactical implementation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience.
