It has been acquired that dichotomies offer great aid in developing personality. It can be stated that I have also been able to refine my understanding of how an individual can influence others and vice versa. It has been ascertained from the reading that personality traits differ among individuals. Correspondingly, I observed that differences in personality traits often lead to differing behaviors. The readings helped to draw the characteristics of an individual. For instance, it facilitated imparting understanding that introverted people are more conservative and thought-oriented. Similarly, it was ascertained from the readings that an individual preferring intuition is generally more concerned with the future (Naomi, 1-100; Bayne, 1-60). It has also been ascertained that people who prefer feeling generally make decisions by relating situations. At the same time, the readings offered me insights that the ability of an individual to perceive a particular situation often distinguishes an individual from another (Torrin, 1-50).

Taking all these aspects into consideration, it can be stated that not all individuals would be convinced by understanding. The above-stated understanding is firmly associated with my own experience. For instance, my introverted nature helped in keeping my ideas to myself and it also helped in becoming an independent decision-maker.

I believe that understanding personality traits and dichotomies provided me to follow a diversified managerial ideology. I further believe that this understanding will facilitate me to eliminate the negative aspects associated with my personality and behavior towards the decision-making process. The understanding acquainted me with certain values that would facilitate me to perform my tasks with utmost dedication and commitment. I feel that if I can deploy this understanding in the real life would broadly benefit me in the future in dealing with challenges and identifying ways to tackle those challenges effectively. Moreover, insights obtained would also foster my reasoning capabilities towards particular issues. I believe it would enhance my decision-making ability as well as facilitate improving my intellectual skills. Although my introverted nature did not allow me to mix up with different people it did allow me to keep my ideas to myself. Based on the personal assessment, it has been learned that I utilize certain psychological aspects, i.e. feeling and perception in my managerial activities. Additionally, the understanding will facilitate me in developing the necessary qualities that are essential for efficient leaders.  It is worth mentioning that managers are often encountered with untoward situations where they are required to reveal their thoughts. Thus, I believe that such understanding will enable me to take decisions that are broadly embedded in my thought processes. The persistence of feelings played a very major role in my life as well. The understanding can very well provide me with a great amount of output that can be effectively utilized for following the path of an effective leader/manager. This understanding can prove to provide me with a great deal of enthusiasm to become a better manager and leader in the coming years. In addition, it will also help me in performing multi-tasking functions that a managerial/leadership role demands. I feel that these qualities are very necessary for a person to grow professionally.

Thus, I am looking forward to achieving high excellence in my field as I possess such unique characteristics. I even feel that if I want to grow as a professional individual then this understanding would help me in the future to a considerable extent. Understanding these dichotomies and personal traits would help me to follow an interactive approach toward work and my life as well. Thus, I feel like expanding my self-worth and improving my managerial and leadership skills by utilizing my unique personality traits for the sake of becoming a successful leader/manager. Precisely stating, this knowledge and understanding would progressively contribute to the overall development of my competencies required for resourceful leaders and managers as well as it would facilitate the development of my career as an efficient and skilled leader and a manager.
