While joining the business school, my desire is to get an experience of the various programs that the University offers. Business school experience will give men an opportunity to learn about some basic courses, as well as programs offered by the business school. With the experience I will gain in business school, I have an opportunity to make my life better and increase my chances of employment. Business school experience will also help me build on the knowledge base I have and expand the areas I can cover in my career. By studying in the business school at Fordham, I have high hopes that I will gain competitive advantage that will increase my chances of getting the job I desire. The business school at Fordham gives students an opportunity to get the skills they desire, as a result of which they can land in the jobs they want. This is one of the experiences I am looking for in the business school. The other experience I am looking for in the business school is a business degree of high quality, which will challenge me and allow me to become innovative. I am also looking for an experience that will enable me stand out to employers. With a business school experience, I hope that I will develop skills, which will enable me improve my management skills. A business school experience will also enable me nurture my skills in finance, and learn advanced skills in finance and some essentials of accounting. My skills in leadership and business will also improve after I join the business school. The other thing I am looking for in a business school experience is the ability to participate in global consulting and business consulting, as well as development of business plans. Through joining the business school, the other thing I am looking for is the development of skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, as well as career management. The business school will also enable me meet diverse cultures and managers from diverse backgrounds. As a result, I will gain more insights in management through learning from other people and their experiences. The business school experience at Fordham University will also give me a chance to create networks with other graduates, as well as establish links with the University’s alumni. These ways in which I will measure the business school experience will be based on evaluation of how I have mastered the various courses and programs, which the Master’s degree program offers. One of the ways I will evaluate my success in the program is through looking into my skills in computer literacy skills, especially with regard to the skills that align with computer applications. On this regard, I will assess whether I can create spreadsheets using excel and use them while doing calculations. My ability to create PowerPoint presentation will also be a goof way of measuring my experience in the business school. The other way in which I will know whether my experience in business school has been successful is through reviewing my knowledge of global business ethics. As a Master’s graduate from the business school, I should be aware of the legal principles, as well as concepts that apply to the United States, and the business community in the entire world. In this regard, I will measure my success in business school by evaluating my knowledge in moral values, ethical criteria, as well as norms that dictate the operation of the business. The other strategy I will use to measure my success in the business school is through an assessment of the skills, which I have acquired in business communication.
