The management of McDonald’s goes through teamwork by ensuring brainstorming of activities, norming the activities into the schedule of the company, storming the activities into the various departments and performing in accordance to the set activities. It is important for McDonald’s to support people through the process. This helps in building strong teams hence effective on the organization’s output. Resolving conflicts among people enables a secure protocol on working together and towards a common goal (Blanchard & Johnson, 2002).

Selecting the right people for the job as the human resource manager assists in developing the skills required for running the set project. Various tests applicable to finding the appropriate candidate include oral interviews or assessments, aptitude tests, in box assessments and recruitment tests. The tests on potential McDonald’s assessments is useful in effectively delegating individuals into various departments. Managing McDonald’s comes easy as responsibility of the work goes to individuals and not to the manager.

A technical manager shows information to subordinates to aid in getting information round the McDonald’st a faster rate. . Subordinates may not perform as expected due to unavoidable circumstances. As a practical manager, it is vital to understand the situation of the failure before setting the jurisdiction gives the employee motivation. The employee understands his manager as he analyzed the information before setting the jurisdiction. McDonald’s faces major fallbacks due to employee incompetence, but it is through motivation that employees perform.

Getting feedback on a regular basis from employees provides strategies on better motivation skills to adopt while handling the situation again. The motivation skills of a manager dictate the level to which employees will make a mistake and commit to correcting the mistake (Canton, 2007). Discipline in the McDonald’s comes as an analysis of individual performance. The manager of McDonald’s as opposed to other companies understands the importance of dealing with discipline. Building a company’s culture enables new employees to adapt to the terms and conditions set for the company.

Disciplining employees affects positively on the team as well as to the customers who generate income to the organization. Conflict resolution seeks to find information on the structural problems. Conflicts arise because of misunderstanding. A manager ensures that the core structure of the organization is not the main cause of the conflicts (Anderson, 2007). Communication plays an important role in effective management. Communication involves offering information concerning important aspects of the organization.

Sharing information is not considered as communication. The manager of other companies gives the organization information on various aspects through email but no impact is felt. It is because as a manager the channel of communication
