The management of McDonald’s goes through teamwork by ensuring brainstorming of activities, norming the activities into the schedule of the company, storming the activities into the various departments and performing in accordance to the set activities. It is important for McDonald’s to support people through the process. This helps in building strong teams hence effective on the organization’s output. Resolving conflicts among people enables a secure protocol on working together and towards a common goal (Blanchard & Johnson, 2002).
Selecting the right people for the job as the human resource manager assists in developing the skills required for running the set project. Various tests applicable to finding the appropriate candidate include oral interviews or assessments, aptitude tests, in box assessments and recruitment tests. The tests on potential McDonald’s assessments is useful in effectively delegating individuals into various departments.
