Mohamed in his journal article says that with the understanding of the concepts of organizational behavior, the employees possibly could be more eager to accomplish the company intended goals. Dey in his article, Wisdom and Leadership: A Conceptual Study on the Link between the Two Literatures: IUP Journal of Organizational Behavior. Vol. 11 Issue 3, defines organizational behavior as an application and study of knowledge about how individuals, people, and groups behave or act in organizations.

Dey asserts in his article that the ability to understand the manner in which individual people or groups act in an organization provides the management with the tools required in order to develop an efficient and effective leadership guide. This is because if the organization’s management implements a means of leadership in which majority of employees are not familiar with may only result into conflict. Dey therefore says in his article that in is very significant for the management of various organizations to develop interpersonal relationships with their employees and understand the goals of their employees if they at all need the most out of them.

Vol. 11 Issue 2, emphasizes on the importance of organizational behavior. The authors assert that one can possibly assume that every organization has a main goal of being successful. The authors also suggest that, failure to discuss organizational behavior would lead to changes in productivity, changes in employee behaviors, and decreasing sales.

Managers should therefore put emphasis and focus on how their employees react to situations rather than how they would possibly respond to circumstances. Dey however suggests in his article that organizational behavior should be viewed as an intricate piece of development and training of employees and the workforce in general. Dey goes ahead in his article and asserts that he feels organizational behavior is an essential management tool for handling employees effectively. He also asserts that if managers could only zone into their employees’ creativity, personality, and adaptability, then motivating their employees in the manner in which they expect to be motivated can never be a gray area but a guaranteed success.

According to Mohamed in his article, he refers to organizational behavior as a discipline principle, a field of study in which the impacts groups, people, and individuals have, are investigated, on behavior within companies or organizations for reasons of applying such kind of knowledge towards improving the
