Wang (2011) notes that, internally, quality management decision making is vital to establish and sustain this success. Managers face a number of challenges on a daily basis, and their ability to make decisions determines how successful and their individual careers can be in the long run. Government responsibility Vs Individual responsibilty

...Government and Individual Responsibility in "The Prince" by Niccolo Machiavelli 2007 Quite often, a man's individual responsibility towards mankind is quite at odds with that of the government's. Individual vs Circumstance

...Individuals vs. Circumstance: how is history made? From my point of view, Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov-Lenin is not just a man who made history as the organizer of the Great October Revolution; he also changed the future course of history. Likely that without Lenin there would be no Soviet Union, World War II and the Cold War. It is possible that if the things go other way, on the territory of the former Russian Empire liberalism would be prevailed long ago. We cannot predict all possible scenarios, but we can track exactly how Lenins personality influenced the course of history and what it preceded. Personality can play a significant role in the history not only when it is more or less adequately expresses...
