On the other hand, if the budget turns out to make a lot of room for procurement, then the company can resort to out-tasking model, from which either licensing agreement or contracting may be used. The other decision that remains open is on whether or not to import key staff members from other companies to take up key roles in the project delivery.

Quality management summary and plan A whole strategy has been put in place to ensuring guaranteed quality control for the present project. The strategy incorporates the use of both an internal quality assessment team and a peer review quality assessment team. This means that the company will start up a department that is responsible for quality control and assessment. However, to ensure fairness and reliability of quality control reports, a third part peer review quality control team shall be developed from outside the company.
