Introduction In terms definition, marketing through the social networking increases sales output. The research focuses on the companies’ selling their products and services by taking advantage of the development and innovation of marketing using the social networking approach. The new approach includes offering the many advantages of their products and services to the members of the social networking sites. The research focuses on the companies’ increasing their market segment presence by sending messages that will encourage members of the social networking sites to buy the company’s products and services. The field of business has been impacted by social networking. The research focuses on riding the bandwagon by offering the company’s products in the social networking sites. The company communicates with current and prospective clients to persuade them to buy the company’s products and services by joining the innovative social networking groups. The field of business has been innovatively and creatively impacted by social networking in the area of increasing the company’s advertising exposure to generate more prospective customers. Body Innovation is very important. Innovation ensures the company’s presence and even leadership in the same market segment. Innovation can creatively persuade the current and prospective clients to prioritize the company’s products and services over the competitors’ product lines. Innovation creates demand for the company’s products and services. In terms of changing the field, social networking is the new innovative development in terms of communication tool. People spend more time visiting social networking sites to buy their needs and wants compared to visiting physical stores. Many companies advertise their products in the social networking sites to generate more clients (global in nature). The use of online selling has innovatively changed the faces of buying and selling in our current market environment. The field of business has been strongly impacted by the change in lifestyle and society to have more focus on social networking. The social networking sites allow advertising at minimal cost. Small businesses can have a better playing field in terms of marketing their products and services. Prue Cruickshank and Deborah Rolland (2006) emphasized that social networking has significantly catapulted sales orders. Social networking increases the companies’ presence in the internet world by persuading the members of the social networks to buy the company’s products and services. There are vivid examples of the people’s preference for social networking. The article states that “New Zealand’s very entrepreneurial nation is one of the top six nations in terms of global entrepreneurial activity or (TEA). The majority of the New Zealanders are engaged in rigorous social networking activities”. The social networking activities include the selling of products and services. Likewise, some of the New Zealanders use the social network sites to find a required service or product to buy. The article mentions social capital as who you know and human capital is defined as what you know. The increase in the New Zealanders’ friends in the networking sites translate to an increase in probable clients as well as suppliers of the needs, wants, and caprices of the members of the social networking sites. Consequently, the companies use the social networking sites to intensively market their products to current and prospective clients. In terms of innovation, an increase in the number of friends or contacts in the social networks translates to an increase in the number of social capital resources. In addition, the companies strive to advertise the advantages of their products and services through the social networking sites; an increase in the company’s product knowledge translates to an increase in the company’s human capital. In addition, Carrie Mathews (2007) discussed the innovative importance of the new communication tool development, social networking, as marketing tools. The new social networking marketing tool increases the company’s product and service exposure. The article states that “social networking sites like LinkedIn are very powerful product and service movers”. Many of the corporations in the United States use Facebook and MySpace to sell their products and services. Many companies have set aside many issued like privacy or confidentiality for the sake of selling their wares. Thus, privacy and confidentiality has been relegated to second priority. Joe Cleveland, the CIO and president of Lockheed Martin’s president of the Enterprise Information Systems. The advantages of the social networking sites include more effective marketing of the many advantages of the company’s products and services. Another advantage of the using the social networking sites is having a multiplier effect. One satisfied client can easily recommend a friend, relative, or contact to buy the company’s products and services. This is the very essence of the innovative social networking sites. Likewise, another advantage of using the social networking sites is focusing the marketing efforts on groups where the members have similar interests. Members of a group can innovatively exchange information in terms of which company offers the best quality services. Similarly, members of one group within a popular social networking site can exchange information regarding where to find the latest jobs, products, services or other similar interests. This is the very essence of the Federal Express Company’s entry into the social networking sites group like Face Net within the Facebook social networking site. Specifically, Miley Ainsworth, director of Information Technology at Federal Express, is tasked with the highly innovative and technical responsibility of maintaining its side in the Facebook social networking sites. The Ainsworth social networking office is y located within the Federal Express Laboratories in Memphis, Tennessee”. Cleveland states with pride “I realized pretty quickly that all of this knowledge and work generated by social networking had to be identified and stored so that it could be reused by other members of the team”. The company uses the social networking sites to also focus on answering many of the current and prospective clients’ questions and inquiries. Allan Horowitz (Horowitz, 2004) emphasized that 31 Group PLC use social networking sites to search for German chemical businesses to engage in. The 3i Group used the social “networking sites of Interaction, a CRM product from Interface software in Oak Brook, Illinois”. The social networking site was successful in finding what the company hurriedly needed to boost its sales as well as its current and prospective client base information. In terms of analysis, Allan Horowitz is right. A very good example of the innovative as well as creative advantages of using the social networking sites is finding a lost client, friend, or relative. Curtis Estes, the founding principal of Strategy Benefits Group LLC, had a financial planning practice in Los Angeles, California. Estes’ busy schedule was hindered by his need to find another person. Pushed against time, Estes resorted to finding his lost contact using a social networking site. He used the Spoke social networking site to fill his need to find his lost contact. The Spoke social networking website is strategically located in Palo Alto, California. Estes was able to contact ten persons who knew the person he wanted to meet. Consequently, Estes successfully exchanged business pleasantries and product knowledge with his lost contact. Jas Dhillon explained that the social networking websites are search engines for people as well as for relationships. The success of doing business can be enhanced by utilizing social networking to tactfully and creatively captivate interest for the company’s products and services. On the contrary, opposition groups that dictate the social networking sites violated privacy and confidentially. Joining websites can precipitate to identity privacy violations lack the knowledge protecting one’s identity as members of social networking websites. The opposition groups should research the internet on how to protect one’s online privacy, including privacy in the social networking environment. For example, Facebook members can prefer the privacy alternative to avoid unauthorized persons from viewing their personal details as well as the list of the social networking members’ friends, relatives, and contacts. In terms of analysis, marketing through social net working is basically an innovative and creative enhancement of the traditional marketing strategy. The traditional marketing strategy entails physically persuading current and prospective clients to buy the company’s products and services. Selling through either the physical store or the social networking entails selling offering quality products and services. Clients innovatively prioritize quality over whether the product or service is sold through social networking or within a physical store. Likewise, selling through either the physical store or the social networking similarly includes the innovative selling focusing on reasonably prices products and services. Clients prioritize the reasonability of the selling price over whether the product is sold through social network or within a physical store. In addition, selling through either the physical store or social networking incorporates using effective advertising strategies when promoting the company’s products and services. Clients innovatively prioritize websites that advertise the advantages of buying the products and services over whether the product is sold through social networking or within a physical store. Conclusion Based on the above discussion, marketing through social networking generally increases sales output. The companies can market their products and services by selling the countless advantages of their products and services to the active members of the social networking websites. The companies can increase their market presence by incorporating marketing strategies adapted to generate clients from the members of the social networking sites. Since there is nothing permanent in this world, the current innovation will be replaced by a new innovation that supersedes the many advantages of the current social networking market environment. Indeed, the field of business has been innovatively and creatively impacted by social networking in terms of increasing the company’s exposure to more prospective clients. References Horowitz, A.
