It is illustrated in the article that in the recent past, detection, and therapy of cancer has been a major issue of concern. Despite the efforts made to counter the above disease, the disease is still among the major threats to human. In Europe alone, over 3 million of individuals have been diagnosed with cancer. According to the survey done by the author it can be noted that almost fifty percent of the 3 million inhabitants who are suffering from cancer in Europe will die. This is a statistical data in the article, where opinion was collected all over Europe. However, the article’s limitation is that it does not clearly distinguish the number of females and males plus kids in the study.

It is noteworthy that the article first describes cancer as caused by the alteration of not only the proteome, but also a genome. These changes inculcate the ability to evade normal cellular control mechanism on cancer cells hence prompting its uncontrolled growth. The article further demonstrates that prior to the efforts of scientists; cancer is controllable to some extent, or even totally if detected at its early stages. Considerably, among the several individuals who were interviewed on the same, are concluded to be ignorant. It emerged that the respondents sought the medical attention upon developing the symptoms of the disorder. However, the limitation of the article is that it does not illustrate perfectly the reason to why patients usually seek medical help at a later stage of cancer.

The importance of bioinformatics in cancer disease is highlighted in this article. Bioinformatics is the study of predictive molecular signatures also called biomarkers. Biomarkers are a form of molecules whose occurrence indicates the pedigree of several diseases. This is a point where the scientists started to explore in their quest to find a limiting factor to this terrible disease. It is imperative that the author of this article did not highlight on the details of the biomarkers, thus, the arguments are limited. The author alludes that the biomarkers have been discovered to limit the severity of the disease in human body.

The above article states that, since the growth of cancer portrays a form of multi-scale process, which is dominated by an invariable that exudes non-linear dynamics, bioinformatics has been formulated to counter it. According to the author in the above article, there exists some form of cancer therapy design, which cuts short the main components of critical pathways within the complex system of the cancer. In addition, bioinformatics also tries to stifle the angiogenesis, a process that makes cancer to suffocate due to lack of critical substrate.
The laboratory evidence portrays methodology in this article, where the author went ahead to analyze some samples that doctors had been concerned about cancer. However, its limitation is that the message is not passed over in its simplicity. As well as there was no any specimen for the above confirmation in the article.

The author of this article goes into details concerning biomarkers. It illustrates that the biomarkers attack the hubs and bottlenecks caused by cancer. However, it amplifies the dynamic protein networks after awhile. These protein networks help in fighting the existence of cancer in the body. Such proteins play crucial roles in reducing cancer on the affected part of the body. Multiple oncogenes can be termed as tumor targeted by miRNAs. Other multiple oncogenes, under the influence of the bioinformatics are said to be eliminated in leukemia.
Methodology here was an illustration of a study, done by several doctors on cancer patients. A sample of fifty people took the participation. Its limitation was that, the authors used most of the medical terminologies, which can easily cause confusion.
