Information is obtained from scientific research; the government must therefore finance scientific studies on such mysterious conditions since the disease continues to spread throughout the world thus claiming lives.

Research would avail information on the prevalence, treatment, and preventive mechanisms thus encouraging public participation. Additionally, through extensive research, the government persuades public opinion about the condition thus improving public awareness a feature that would increase corporation between patients, doctors, and their relatives to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis (Bear et al 44).
