Genetics and DNA technology This article talks about almost everything to do with DNA and Genome but there are some of the applications of DNA knowledge in medicine, which include cure and medicine. The reason it is not possible however that is it does survive outside the body of a mammal, which in this case is the human being or the mammalian cells. The article goes further to explain everything about Genome-wide DNA methylation profiles in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, which reveal overrepresentation of ETS transcription factor binding sites as well as methods used in the study. The methods used started with sequencing reads where there were analysis for the purposes of statistically determining the methylation significant speaks. The current method of studying T. pallidum is using a rabbit and infecting its testes. From there the symptoms start appearing and they do the same as in human beings. The other reason why study is not possible with human beings is that nobody can accept to take the risk of getting the virus. There are however, pros and cons of the technology especially having in mind that Penicillin has been the best drug of choice to treat syphilis for over 60 years. In the 1960’s, scientists came up with an alternative therapy to penicillin even though there were no signs of antibiotic resistance. The major difficulty while studying syphilis is its inability to culture in a laboratory. Scientists should come up with more ideas on how to do the study because some animals share the same traits and symptoms when sick . In regards to Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory, the six dimensions of value namely: collectiveness, power, uncertainty avoidance, temporal orientation, masculinity and indulgence has greatly been of help in analyzing the advertisement of contact lens solutions in the UK. Each one of these dimensions will have an opposite contrast to help in revealing the positives and negatives of advertisements. Big and massive billboards line up in the streets of Warrington waving to the pedestrians and motorists caught up in traffic jam telling them about the variety of contact lens solutions in retail stores. This is just a clear indication that advertisement has taken a new trend in human’s health and eyes in particular. People say that the population of Warrington comprises of many blacks who came from slavery in Africa. Contact lens solutions manufacturing companies have ignored this and in its stores, one will not miss to find at least one or two blacks either selling or buying the wide range of products if not using them as directed by their opticians.
