Ronnie Coleman Introduction Ronnie Coleman was born in 13th May 1964 in Bastrop, Louisiana. He joined Bastrop High School in 1982 where he played football, and later on joined Grambling State University in the 1986. During his time in University, he was amongst the football players playing as middle linebacker (Krasniewicz and Michael 29). After graduating from the university some years later, he became an officer in Arlington, Texas where he worked for eleven years and later served as a reserve officer until the year 2003. Coleman’s colleagues at work proposed that he should attend gym owned by proletarian bodybuilder Brian Dobson. He offered Ronnie a free membership and requested to train him for body building competition known as Mr. Texas that was to be performed later that year. In the competition, Coleman won the first place in heavy weight and overall categories defeating Dobson, who was his trainer. In the year 1995, Coleman succeeded to be in the first position in the competition as a professional and in 1997, he won Russian Grand Prix. His success as a professional body builder has led him into many opportunities in his career. He has so far made three training videos. During his trainings, he prefers using free weights to machines for him to maximize his flexibility and action. In 2001, he received Admiral in Texas Navy Certificate Award for several achievements in body building and the promotion of body fitness. Some years later in 2009, he was arrested for taking off a police officer despite the fact that he had served in the police force for some years. Ronnie Coleman’s Contributions In 1990, Ronnie Coleman won Mr. Texas during his first competition for bodybuilding after he was trained by Brian Dobson for free and being offered a free membership. After his training, he became a champion hence defeating his trainer for the very first time he had involved himself in competitions. Later in 1991, he became the holder of Mr. Universe. Between 1995 and 1996, he won the Canada Pro Cup and some years down the line, he became the holder of Grand Prix Russian defeating all the other competitors. He became a champion in the Night of the Champions in the year 1998. Still in 1998, he was honored with the title of Grand Prix Finland and Germany. Between 1999 and 2004, he was the holder of the Grand Prix in England and the World Pro Championships as well. Moreover, he was named the winner of the New Zealand Grand Prix in 2001 and the holder of Grand Prix Holland between 2002 and 2004. In 2004, in regard to muscle and body fitness, he was declared the biggest man in the world. He has continually won in various competitions from 1998 to 2005. Coleman holds all his wins including that of the year 2004 where he broke Vince Taylor’s record of total wins of 22. In 2011, he was placed the second in the Ronnie Coleman Bodybuilding Championship. A year down the line in April, he won the first class in the Ronnie Coleman Classic. In September the same year, he became the holder of the Heart of Texas Championship and in 2005, he won Mr. Olympia. Ronnie moved forward on bodybuilding in the conventional, becoming famous in movie buildings hence becoming a star in action movies. He is one of the greatest and the first man in bodybuilding and holds most of the Mr. Olympia rewards for his great performance in the competitions. He won Mr. Olympia mostly unopposed by any of his competitors even when he defeated his trainer Brian Dobson and Arnold Schwarzenegger as well. He became the first winner of the Mr. Olympia and in bodybuilding contests. He won eight consecutive wins as Mr. Olympia where he got his name into history books as the greatest bodybuilder across the world. He introduced Best Bodybuilding Ronnie Coleman Steroids in order to support performance. These steroids helped to indicate power growth. Similarly, indicators assist in increasing protein synthesis in the body, as well as, increasing the thickness of body elements. In addition to that, steroids are responsible for muscle contractions. Most recently, he contributed to Muscular Development Magazine that is working on the plans on the Ronnie Coleman Signature Series and planning on how to free the world from hunger. He is an ambassador and a representative from bodybuilding and he has always been willing to give back to the people as much as he can because he believes bodybuilding program has done a lot for him. Ronnie Coleman was known as a football player since he was in his high school via university still being a football player. According to Mulligan (96), Ronnie is not a strong offensive player though he can play strong and tough. He has been a strong player all long being a starter, a bench guy and in all areas as well. Since Ronnie Coleman won eight titles of Mr. Olympia, there is no other competitor who has received four straight Mr. Olympia crowns. He holds record for International Federation of Bodybuilding as well as Fitness professional composed of 26 victories. Ronnie Coleman in the year of 2012, he launched the Ronnie Coleman Signature Series where he concentrated in making people achieve better results from their various workout routines. Similarly, he worked in many nutrition companies, which inspired him to do much on his bodybuilding career. He also wanted to make people feel good and like his brand about nutrition. He hopes to conquer another nutrition program for sports people in future. Conclusion Despite the achievements and contributions Ronnie has made, he is just a normal person like any other. Unlike other athletes who have been successful in their fields, Ronnie acts as a regular person with no special treatment. His Best Bodybuilding Ronnie Coleman Steroids program has helped many through applying it in their trainings. He is known for being the record holder of Mr. Olympia eight titles consecutively. He is also good at sports which he has practiced since his early ages in secondary school. Despite Ronnie working as a police officer he had great concern on bodybuilder where he was also an ambassador for bodybuilding. Ronnie having pursued a Bsc. in Accounting at the University, the achievement is not significant in his life despite having applied his knowledge. According Harris (7) Ronnie is a very important person to the whole world at large. He is introducing his Signature Series to help get people out of hunger. He understands the importance of bodybuilding and offers speeches and quotes to help them understand more about it.
