Moreover, they are made aesthetically perfect before mass production and hence bringing culture and civilization. When one occupies a house, the person is entitled to full control of the residence. This is so because the ownership of the house is under their name. They are entitled to freedom of any kind of expression based on the house context. When one purchases a house, every other aspect regarding to their private life falls into place. It includes complete freedom to express themselves in the house. This is so because the ownership of a home to many people becomes a huge achievement. Besides, the ideas of civilization involve mechanical elevation of the external frameworks in the existence. The achievements of today become realm of civilization despite the ownership of a house. Moreover, civilization and house ownership is the real of water closet, electric light, aircraft and the radio. The peace developed only becomes possible if majority of people own homes individually.
