The building institute of training and developing The process of demolishing and rebuilding is a process of perciceness, safety, professional surveying of the project so it is done correctly, and cost effectiveness. It is a basis process which from start to finish of making sure that all regulations are correctly handled, and that the process is done accurately. TASK 1 The process of removing as-pesos must be done with the windows shut so that it does not escape from the house. This then makes it so that you can remove the asbestos quickly from the front door and bring it in a proper disposal unit. Then the stench of asbestos does not remove. The employees removing the asbestos protect their health. Asbestos is a very dangerous problem when inhaled or gotten on the skin, so the overalls must cover every inch of the body, and protect the one that puts the asbestos in the proper dumping mechanism. It must be disposable so that it does not contaminate any area which the clothes may be. Washing the clothes may ruin a washer with putting the chemical in it, so it is policy that the clothes are disposable. Air conditioner sheets must be removed and not reused due to circulation within the air vents of asbestos. This way it prevents any asbestos that gets in the air ducts from contaminating the house. The air conditioner vents must be removed and replaced to ensure that none leaks from the air vent and gets any in the house once the project is finished. The air conditioner parts must be taken down and ready to be cleaned at the end of the project. All appliances used must be compatible with dust suspension. This means that it must be appropriate for making sure that dust does and asbestos does not get on the tools. There is then a basic process of removing the roof gutters. This process must be done to make sure that there is none of the asbestos within them. They must also be removed and ready to be cleaned. The basic process is that all must be cleaned that comes into contact with the asbestos, and measurements must be taken in order to prevent the asbestos from getting on the humans and set up as must measurements as possible to prevent the asbestos from spreading. The asbestos that is removed must be put in a covered bin or a covered truck to haul out of the sit, and then the overalls and masks used by the personnel are thrown away with the asbestos TASK 2 The type of loads are important. There are relevant loads that must be used. There are the basic parts of the home that must be loaded up along with the different parts of the gutted interior. This would include the basic framework of the innards of the house; which could probably just be brought out the front door. You may want to remove all of the old interiors, all of the floor boards, and correctly tear down the home; leaving loads for the construction. They may want to tear down the floor boards, the roof, and organize it in loads of efficiency. This can then be done problematically and automatically. This process then tears down the home and makes it cost efficient once all of the parts of the home are removed. TASK 3 There are several needed professionals which you must acquire to then commence with building. You must first consult an Architect, who will draw out the basic lay out off the home. You consult with him with how much space you want in the rooms, how many rooms it has, and what you want the basic layout of the house to be like. He will draw out a design trying to meet your specifications. The architect must then work with a residential designer, which scopes out the zoning procedures of the neighborhood in which the house is being built. This will make sure that the lay out the architect has drawn match the houses in the area, and meet zoning restrictions of how you are allowed to build a house in the area. A designer then designs the basic details of the house working with them and the residential designer makes sure the set up of the house of how they are planning on building it fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. Structural engineers then are needed in order to make sure that the land is appropriate to build on and also analyze the site. They work tightly with the architect in order to make sure that the building is built to handle structures and loads. They study the architects design and make their suggestions in order so that the house foundation does not crack, and the properly needed materials are used in order to build the house correctly. If the house is not built with the correct structure, then it may crack the foundation or the structure of the house. He makes absolutely sure that the house is built correctly in order to secure that the house will last and the foundation will not crack, and the house will stay up correctly. Residential engineers are then needed to make sure that the structure of the home meets the zoning regulations and procedures of the area. They keep track of the structures of the other houses within the area and make sure they are of standard with the laws which maintain how the structures of houses are built. A residential engineer is needed on site in order to verify that the process of engineering follows the codes of the neighborhood; that it is deemed regulated by the zoning regulations in the neighborhood with the way the house is planned to be structured. This then makes the house blend in better with the other houses within the neighborhood. The process is just making sure that the architecture is similar to that of the rest of the houses in the area. A general contractor is then needed in order to construct the home. They generally work exactly with the layout of the architect, the engineers, and the everyone else involved and try to build the house according to the standards in which the lay out is written. It is a very in depth exact method after it has went through all of the engineers and then they work on the building of the home. This then creates the end result and puts all the designing to work and creates the house needed. TASK 4 The pre-commencement site inspection is important to make sure everything is in the correct order and that everything is correctly correlated with safety guidelines and is ready to start building. There is a simple checklist property which is mentioned below some of the basic components of what you must have and verify having. You need a copy of the employees certificate of competency as part of the pre-commencement site inspection. You need a safe work method statement; which verifies the activities being undertaken by the subcontractor including job safety analyses. You need a plant safety list to verify that everything is in order for starting the project before you start the project. It is a very thorough list which verifies that everything is in working order and correct to begin building. TASK 5 For the concrete slab on ground layout including beam details, there is a process of the use; purpose of construction, design as they must be applied in construction, what needs to be done to prepare the site, the types of concrete and other materials that you must need and how much of the material you need of each material, joints and what the process of load transfer process is, and the type of materials needed on site. Having it set up with this system on site will then test the ground; make sure that it is proper in fixture for the plans with the layout. TASK 6 You then need to make sure that piers are in place, bearers, joists, load-bering, brackets, a quika- bearer used to prevent brackets point load crushing at the end of the bearers, load-bearing, angles, and bracing angle bracing, This will set up the bearers with the different parts being used in order to fit properly with setting up the house. You have to get correct exact measurements and make sure that it is measured exactly perfect for the house assignment. This will then extract the format of the base of the house; making it relatively efficient to have the house set up. You must make sure that all of these parts fit together for the architecture plans, make sure you have all of the correct parts for the layout of the house. It is difficult to transverse the language of architecture into the language of what parts you need in order to set up the house correctly. It must be exact procedure of process with which parts you may need to do what you do. This then connects the layout of the home and sets it up appropriately with the exact specific angles and how many of each piece and what measurements they are. Also; you must take into account the weight and what the correct parts are so weight of the home does not collapse the needed parts. TASK 7 Wall framing is based on different types of wall members you must identify. You must have the blocking, bottom plate, cripple stud, header, nogging, rough opening, and a stud for the process. You must have all of the correct measurements for this process. The wall framing is usually done with a 2X4 board, which is then measured for the correct board needed and trimmed to fit the specifics of the board. On a straightforward wood-frame building construction project, the sole, or bottom plate is affixed to the subfloor, or rough floor. In carpentry, the term ripplerefers to a special-purpose wall stud or roof rafter. A cripple stud is located above a door or window or below a window;A header is a floor or roof beam placed between two long beams that supports the ends of the tailpieces. If the rough opening is not sized correctly the Bifold door will either not fit if it is too small, or have wide gaps if it is too large. A stub is An upright post in the framework of a wall for supporting sheets of lath, wallboard, or similar material. You must make sure with the engineer that all of these parts correlate correctly with each other and they all function correctly with the correct measurements and are the exactly correct measurements. You can not have any measurements with the parts and what parts you need off in any way. It has to be exact direct as to what parts you need and what measurements they are. TASK 8 You must be sure that all available services are acquired which are needed to the house. This then ensures that the process is correct of what products are within the house which are needed. This may include an air conditioning service, pluming, electricity, and other aspects which are needed in the process of having the house ready and done. TASK 9 For the roof truss layout, you must consider the Grider truss, builder bill, hip truss, main truss, and a jack truss. When trusses are used, there is no ridge piece. This is because the roof battens holds it together correctly. These are different compartments and different parts to the roof which construct the layout of the roof. There are different parts that connect and form the roof that this is made up of. They are different than other types of roofs. The truss type roof is very efficient to build and costs less generally. You just draw out the layout of your roof with these parts and put the different roof pieces mentioned above together and you have a working layout for a roof. After the roof parts are put together then you have your roof. TASK 10 A window layout must be used in order to organize the process of entering windows. This schedule must include the exact specific process of adding windows to the houses; what type of windows, how they are relevant in the architecture, how the windows are to be installed, the company that installs them, and so on. TASK 11 You have to make sure that the site plan shows utilities and circulation, that it shows topographic features, that it is a design conformed to the existing master plan, that the square footage areas correlate to the programed requirements, that the cost model correlates to established budgets, the vertical relationships, the mechanical systems are being used, that the proposed facilities are in their relative argument, that the plans accommodate the disabled, that there is a general description of architectural, engineering , and structural behavior, and that there is a listing of minimum codes being used. This is the checklist to verify that the architecture is done correctly. It is important to have in verifying that you have everything to do with the home done correctly and make sure it is correctly organized. You then go through this and make sure that everything is in tact correct for the home and that it is all secure and done correctly. The committee. Acceptable standards of domestic construction.
