Content remains an influential element of a photo and the perception of other viewers may be different and hence serve to discredit the ones in the picture. The other approach towards accomplishing this is through the establishment of establishing a monitoring system aimed at solely monitoring for legitimate and stated personal-related reasons. For this reason, the monitoring policy will have to be given sufficient support of their respective users with the intent of monitor, as well as the reason for the same. This will also include a form of monitoring to be used. Good monitoring approach will have to address computer, Internet, and e-mail use with the sole purpose of eliminating any possible mishaps where the privately meant pictures remain confidential. The state privacy laws keep varying hence the need to keep consulting with relevant attorneys with sufficient experience in employment law while a company is drafting electronic communication monitoring and usage policies. Even as it remains critical that the individual’s right to privacy for personal pictures do not negatively affect the public image and loyalty. Further, rigid policies for the personal application of communication platforms translate into sustainable relationships.

Concerns exist in determining the professionalism of social media handlers. It is because posted content today could alter the public views to such degrees that they are not recognizable. Legislators in the United Kingdom suggest that such online platforms should be held liable for preventing users from being in a position to post anonymously (Vermaat 34). It is aimed at effectively tracking down the issue. Ethical issues at the technology keep arising with regards to gathering information, disclosing, assessing its accuracy, and correcting it including the issues that are related to the substance of the information by itself. The simple knowledge that an individual is entitled to personal pictures will generate an understanding that one feels overly invaded and violated. For such an amorphous reason, privacy becomes a slightly hard concept to develop a definition. It is worth noting that privacy entails the ability to control what others know about a given person. This raises questions about why people care what others know about their personal information. The issue in this regard is the imagination of personal data that simply does not warrant others knowing. In any case, people do not like others knowing too much about them which narrows down to the ability of a person to be autonomous in the control of personal information. Integrity holds that there needs to be consistency in values and that this requires that all the decision-makers define their values through creating a high prioritization charter of the values.

In summary, there is nothing illegal or immoral about sharing images with one’s romantic partner within the assumption that it is a component of a private relationship. The main issue is the aspect of disseminating private photos. The negative effects of the internet in upholding the sovereignty on personal space lie in areas of sharing technologies with friends and colleagues. Issues of personal space also emerge in the analysis of the consequences for the breeder’s rights issues of personal space. The impacts of security and privacy breach in this case on the rights of the originator need to determine the restrictions on patented information and software. Some of the ways of enabling efficient personal space collaboration include developing systems for multinational users, global information systems, offering ample support systems for global cooperation, and specific cases of data integration.

In most nations, this is considered to be a sexual violation act. In the end, the individual sharing the photos publicly is directly responsible for the impacts of posting a person’s photos on sex offenses (Coleman 102). In such a light context, the solution to such online violations includes improving sexual education requirements as well as teaching people the essence of better-respecting others’ consent and right to privacy. For purposes of mitigating liability exposure that is privacy law-related, the photo owners need to determine specific ways of protecting such content and ways of accomplishing the same using of available technologies. This involves the adoption of comprehensive privacy steps about the use, storage, and device security of the same information. The steps are to ensure that such usage of the photos does not interfere with a person’s right to privacy. Privacy is one of the most eventful and troubling professional generating personal issues in modern times. However, privacy is adequately addressed in the prescience of basic regard to ethics.
