Posthuman Just imagine yourself getting up in the morning with a chip in the body that tells your locator (preferably parents) to spot your navigations. This indicates that individuals are increasingly influenced with the aid of technologically advanced tools and procedures. Herein, the question arises that whether one really needs to be technologically advanced. This is in the context of achieving everything that humans have ever desired for be it, body shape, transgender, organ transplants etc. Also, if one is able to achieve the desired results, are they really happy? As a matter of fact, one desires to experience change because he cognitively and emotionally feels incomplete and it is possible for him to feel complete with the help of technology. Desiring the extreme inducement of the technology in the human body is perceived as ‘posthuman’. The question arises whether the posthuman has the potential to extend health span, longer life and the happier meaning of life. The technological development has transcended humanity to the state of ‘Posthuman’. It is frequently discussed throughout the times that the posthumanist and transhumanist circle is an attempt of scientist to attain prolong, easier, and desirable life through the inducement of chemical, cryogenic and other means of technology. However, it has been argued that the picture of human in today’s world is very complex; the widespread of the tendency among the people that advocated the disembodiment has led people to attain immaterial forms in their bodies. In the contemporary times, the growing trend of ‘posthuman’ is perceived as a source of happiness among individual. some believe that the inducement of the technology can lead individual with a better transformed person of themselves, whereas some of believe that the posthuman is an artificial mean of happiness that is attained through amendment of the natural bodies. The concept of achieving radical health span enhancement over 200 years in the posthuman status seems to be one major objective. Through out the time, scientist has made several attempts to attain a better life through the use of various sources of technologies in the human body to make it more efficient and desirable than the natural body. The benefits that have been obtained through the transformation of the human body with the advance technology cannot be denied, this is because of the reason that the inducement of the technology has no wonder allowed human to have better health through advancement therapies and surgeries. However, some of the scholars like Vita-More and More (2013) argued that preserving human life up to 200 hundred years cannot be attained this seems to be more like an unrealistic approach of the scientist (Vita-More & More, 2013). Similarly, several other scholars claim transhumans are robotic individuals as they cannot sense the real essence of being a human being since their bodies are artificial (Gorgjin & Chadwick, 2009). Human has a distinct physical and mental approach that does not have any comparison with the robots that work with a certain manner. The new phase of the human and social development depicts that humans are less distinct from animals, machines and environment. This is because of the reason that the development in the science has now found several means to produce devices and organs similar like humans, consider an example of electric heart. Therefore, it has made difficult for humans to separate world and life from each other. The distinction and uniqueness a human body was denoted from seems to be blurred with the development of science. Some scholars believe that posthumans are biotechnologically mutated human who do not possess the distinct of a normal human being (Ploeger, 2010). The neuro-transformation manipulates human consciousness that develops abstract symbolic manipulation of the human. It can lead humans to think and act in a similar way that reflects a similar pattern of behavior, thinking and appearance, which eliminated the human distinct, and as a result makes them robotic humans. It is argued throughout the times too much technological inducement can lead to bodiless minds (Gorgjin & Chadwick, 2009). Humans that would appear like human but shall act in a robotic manner. Several medical procedures, treatments and surgeries have transformed humans. It is said that the technological advancement has increased lifespan of the people. Several impairment devices, organs and transplant surgeries have now become a part of our lives. The inducement of these devices has enhanced the living standard and life according to their desire (Vita-More & More, 2013). In the nineteenth century, science has influenced our lives more than the religious aspects; it has complex out society, behavior, use of language, and neurological specialization and introduced new tools to make life of a person better and easier (Ploeger, 2010). It is also believed that the human uniqueness can be improved and enhanced through the principles of anthropology, evolution, genetics, neurobiology, etc. The recent development in evolutionary biology, genetic advancement, neuroscience and artificial intelligence can bring new ideas and human distinctness (Vita-More & More, 2013). Considering the implant of the electric heart, it has allowed human to live a longer life. Moreover, transsexual transplants have allowed individuals to transform their gender according to their desires. In addition, xenotransplantation, synthetic replication, cloning, biotechnical integration and other technological and genetic inducement can allow individual to live a better life. In times to come, it is evident that one is expected to share organs with pigs, sport prosthetic limbs or other surgeries to transform (Vita-More & More, 2013). People who are suffering for impairment have access to hearing aids, artificial limbs, hands and several other things. It is believed that the post human capacities can enhance intuitive sense larger than the other range that is possible held during the life time as it improve human cognitive capabilities (for example, more musical structures can be appreciated and created through the posthuman musical capacities). In addition, the transformation of the human can lead to several other ways to experience new dimension of mental and emotional strengthens that lead their imagination to a broader platform. It is also believed that the technology development can allow human body to act in an effective manner with better mind calculations like computer. It is predicted that cloning can allow producing identical famous personalities (Ploeger, 2010). The genetic development can allow scientist to duplicate the DNA’s according to parents desire, it may be the skin color, eye, hair or any other feature or characteristic that the parent desire to have for their upcoming times. In other word, it can allow parent to customize their child according to their desire and preference. Some of the blessing of the genetic technology can be observed in the field of farming and other sectors of the life. Several other benefits of technological development have been observed in the current times that can severe humanity. Though, the posthuman seems to blur distinctness of human with the inducement of technology and machine in the human body. Perhaps, the blessing and benefits through these surgeries have not significant increase the lifespan, but it has improved the living of thousand people bringing posthumanly happiness. Also, human may attain happiness with the procedures that might even make them feel complete but the fact remains that these happiness are limited in the context of long term solutions for issues concerning their bodies. Scientist has found ways to repair DNA genes that are predicted to re-extent the lives of the chromosomes. The mental modification brain cells can allow people with the cognitive disabilities to improve their mental health; in addition it can allow people to have stronger and better cognitive capabilities for individuals to perform activities. it can also allow individual to customize themselves according to their desire, for example same sex offspring’s can be obtained through cloning and genetic advancement, people can transform their genders as they wish, children of the same skin color and other genetic heritage can be obtained, people born with the cognitive disabilities can enhance their brain capacities to living a normal living (Bishop, 2007). This indicates that the posthuman is one of the blessings of the technology advancement that should be embraced to overcome the discriminations prevailing in the society. Advancement of digital technology incorporates potential to transform human body according to expectations through the inducement of technology in the bodies. Posthuman era seems to be an idealist attempt of the scientist to devoid the problems that are related with the social injustice, poverty, racial, ethical discrimination. the discourse of the development of the transhuman can allow individuals to attain a better and brighter prospect of their future with the social equality. It can be only be attained through the transcendence of bodies. With the passage of time, the prosthetic augmentation, artificial intelligence and other human enhancement are becoming social reality where the human have a better potential of living. Garreau (2005) states that the ‘the belief in the engineered evolution of ‘post-humans’ whose basic capacities so radically exceed those of the present humans as to no longer be unambiguously human by our current standard (Garreau 2005)’. The inducement of advance technology cal allow individuals to overcome the flaws, problems and discrimination of the world through transformation of their bodies according to their desire. In addition, transhumans are intellectual and improved forms of the present human, as the current conditions of the human can be improved through applicationof reasoning, development and incorporation of the new technologies that can allow individuals to eliminate ageing, intellectual, psychological and physical capabilities (Bishop, 2007). the posthuman can be beneficial and advantages for the people living through out the world with the faster compute working through the application of the advanced cognitive and sensory modalities that enhances the participation of the human in the virtual reality settings (Bishop, 2007). Considering that the human brain can be transformed to a non-organic mind that works accurately and effectively as a computer system. The disembodiment can be perceived as a chance for the human being to rescue themselves from the limitation of the mortal bodies with the competitive mind of intelligence. The electric technology has extended human nervous system to work efficiently. Therefore, transhumant promotes social and ethical progress that can lead to a society with equality. The strong bonding between human body and technology can bring beneficial impacts on the social discrimination prevailing in the society.
