The environmental analysis is an in depth studies of what are the process which is beyond the entity’s controls and how will those processes affect the operations of an entity. There are a variety of methods which are applied when the environmental analysis of an organization is carried out, especially Porter’s five forces and the pest analysis. The combination of such factors helps in a greater and better understanding of where the organization stands with relevance to the external forces. The importance of the environmental analysis is immense because the organization can prepare itself adequately so that it can remove the threat of being swept away from the market. Hence the organization’s design a strategic plan which plays an important role in a way it is prepared in line with the external factors which will be affecting the operations of the organization as a whole.

Volumetric Analysis
...AIM: To determine the percentage of iron (II) and iron (III) in a mixture containing both, using volumetric procedure. Introduction: Volumetric Analysis is a means of finding the concentrations of a solution. This is done using a method called titration. A standard solution, this is the solution of a compound of accurately known concentration that reacts with the substance to be analysed. The test solution is the substance to be analysed, which has an unknown concentration. Means of detecting the end point of the reaction between the standard and test solutions. Usually an indicator is used however in redox titrations, the oxidising agents are self indicators which means an indicator is not needed. As soon as the reaction exhibit...

ENVIRONMENTAL BIOTECHNOLOGY
...Environmental Biotechnology Microbes play a fundamental role in every process in the biosphere. All plants and animalshave billions of associated microbes that make necessary nutrients, vitamins and metals available to their host. In the environment, microbial communities are essential for the maintenance of a healthy ecosystem. Due to this, we depend on microbes for the bioremediation of contaminants such as crude oil and chemical spills. Their ability to quickly adapt and respond to the changing world around them makes them excellent environmental indicators. Metagenomic analysis has provided an excellent tool to study these complex microbial communities, and provides us with the means in which...

Environmental effects on bacterial growth
...Environmental effects on bacterial growth Introduction There are a limited number of living organisms in the world that can survive under almost all possible environmental conditions. Living organisms are limited by the ecological circumstances by which their habitats experience. The limitations are set by the interactions that exist between the organisms physiology and the environment within where they live. Each particular species has a set of conditions where they can survive, reproduce and grow. Temperature, oxygen, pressure and nutrition are some of the environmental elements that constrain the growth of the species with bacterial included in the list. The central question for the experiment...
