It is, therefore, necessary to adopt effective and appropriate digital identity management techniques. The research entails an overview of digital identity management situation in Ghana with great emphasis on the airline industry. This results from the fact that the airline business is one of the most sensitive sectors in the Ghanaian economy. The research paper has an introduction with a brief review of the Ghanaian airline industry and the impact of information technology in this area. The paper further analyses the current trends in digital identity management in the airline industry, in the country.
