Every organization has guidelines that evaluate operations taking place in them. At different levels and stages, the code of conduct and behavior determines the quality services that individuals within an organization ma tend to involve in meeting their different goals. However, ethics is useful in ensuring the codes are observed and maintained based on their impacts on people and the social setting. Socially responsible and ethical practices play a significant role in the organization's success and effectiveness, such as determining quality, communication, and satisfaction. The standard codes of ethics and ethical decision-making helps organizations to meet their goals with ease. Studies have revealed that following ethical principles not only helps create a safe and sound working environment but also helps organizations achieve their numerous warring trends.
Quality satisfaction is a significant aspect of the organization. It demonstrates the customer's willingness to visit the premise after receiving certain services. Satisfaction is most cases refers to the emotional state of the human mind after being exposed to opportunities. Therefore, quality satisfaction ensures that customers and clients are motivated by the services they get (Young, 2017). Interestingly, social responsibility helps determine the obligations of an individual act positively for the success of society. It is an ethical framework that maintains that every person has a role in creating a balance between the ecosystem and the economy.
However, as a manager, my working is "when I am serving others, I try to quick but focused." However, my philosophy towards realizing my goals and achieving the best for my organization is always to be part of the larger team (Bertland, 2018). As long as my job is done efficiently and well, it will benefit the entire group and ensuring that other operations are running smoothly. Overall, my work philosophy is accomplishing larger goals by completing small tasks.

Ethical Dilemma
The scenario presented reveals that John Parker is experiencing an ethical dilemma. Based on the issues that are surrounding his situation and the required actions that he needs to make, John Parker is under pressure to ensure that the formula of Lovan Corporation is replicated for his company, Image Products, Inc. to produce products which are unique in traits to maintain a considerable share in the market that has been lost by the latter. However, if John fails to succeed in meeting these demands, he still stands good chances of making massive layoffs, while his daughter and wife might be affected by the actions. Nevertheless, the availability of a chemist from the institution, Lovan, who is capable of providing a solution, makes things a bit affordable. If I were his friend, I would advise Parker to maintain ethical approaches as much as possible. For instance, he is supposed to keep the necessary moral principles that are expected of him as much as possible to meet the requirements.
If the chemist were interested in handling chores in Parker's department, I would advise him to ask as much as the credentials and academic qualifications of the chemist to validate his prowess and capabilities. If the chemist refuses to take the offer, I would advise Parker to recommend him a short contract so that he can assist in working in the development and research departments. Through this approach, Parker will be capable of ensuring that the chemist gets good pay for his skills instead of the unethical basis. However, if we're Parker, I would apply dogmatism approaches to gather all the necessary information that might be needed to produce a quality result. The dogmatism approach, in most cases, provides an ideal solution that is unquestionable by anybody. Additionally, if the approach might fail and other issues realized, John Parker can still make decisions based on the dollars within his credentials. Regardless of the formula of authenticity, he can choose judicial approaches to create a sound system of operations with affecting his wife and daughter.
Critical Thinking Activity - Have We Spoiled Customers?
I think the modern automobile features are essential is successfully fulfilling the needs of customers. In most cases, as customers shop for various automobile products, they are focused on the design features that are easy and safe to drive. However, among the older drivers who might require additional comfort while driving, they are most driven by features such as telescopic or tilting steering wheel and adjustable seats to make them achieve this. For others with diminished motor skills or other worrying complications, a bigger steering wheel may be needed. Additionally, properly labeled instrumentations with contrasting texts are needed to enhance their operations among the ones within vision problems. Labeling will help in ensuring correct identifications when selection are to be made. According to Goetsch and Davis (2013), high-tech features such as back-up cameras, blind-spot warning, and parking sensors can alert drivers in case their ways have objects. Overall, the use of lane-departure systems helps in maintaining such drivers on the track within missing the lane.
Question 1. Are global consumers spoiled and unrealistic in their expectations, or are they finally demanding their rights in the marketplace?
Yes. Globalization has adversely affected their expectations and finally demanding marketplace rights. The evolution that has been evident in the world has shaped it from other attitudes that might affect customers in meeting their demands. The wealthiest parts of the globe are capable of shipping materials from different parts of the world for fun and meeting their specific needs. It has also been evident that most people but cars annually because they have the cash to so (Goetsch and Davis, 2013). However, realistically, they have failed to get the quality satisfactions that the products can be associated with. In most cases, globalization has forced some people to make unnecessary decisions in making different purchases that, after some time, regret it like buying luxurious items such as cars and smartphones. As a result, due to the uncertainties associated with global transactions and other issues, global consumers have faced their wrath of unsatisfied expectations, thus needing their rights.
Question 2.How has the worldwide demand for quality driven the concept of innovation? How has innovation changed your life?
The high and greater expectations that people around the world have had for quality services and products around the world have called for stringent need from manufacturing companies to be on higher levels in terms of methods, devices, and ideas. In most cases, the use and application of technology in various company operations have helped them improve their operations from smaller levels to greater heights (Steele & Schomer, 2019). For instance, the introduction of smartphones is regarded as the greatest innovation and innovative device around the world. In recent times, it has helped in making orders, sending texts and offering call services, and other problems that need an immediate solution. As people often use the device, I have contributed to significant success in meeting the rising world demands and other related concepts. Within industries and organizations, the device has helped engineers spend much time on the floors instead of the desk which was a norm before the innovation.
Question 3.If you were a quality director, what would your department's employees be your quality philosophy or principles
?
As a goal-oriented quality director, I would not make any new changes in the existing philosophy but rather allow my operations team to follow it to the latter. Changes in companies are demanding and require extra cost, time, and resources to meet. However, if the working philosophy is not changed and the company gears towards boosting the credibility of the existing one, I think it can still proceed. Every philosophy has its traits and also requires stringent measures to validate it before applying it within the social operations. Therefore, restoring the Deming's principles will help ascertain quality generation from the beginning to the end of all operations (Goetsch and Davis, 2013). Working places have inspectors whose main duty is to ensure that all employees work towards a common goal and are geared towards a specific objective. Regardless of the conditions of their working environment, maintaining a specific philosophy eases the tension that might be realized in making changes.
