Sick Around the WorldPart I: Sick around America1. The investigation carried out in America on Health Care system shows that a few people admitted that the health care in America was great, with majority declining the issue. The majority rejected the issue and came up with an argument that the health care in America was a very big failure. The major problem in American Health Care system is the greed and profit that is ruling the entire system. The cost of health care is very high, and the premiums’, covering is a disaster because it may cover a sick person and sometimes it may deny covering the sick (Sered & Fernandopulle 2005).

For example Jennifer Thompson, who was awarded medical coverage and after surgery to cancer, the insurance company never paid for the coverage. Greed also has weakened the Health Care system in America because the managers who are entrusted with funds for developments in health facilities are pocketing the moneyPart II: Sick Around the world2. Investigating on sick around the world, Japan has the highest live expectancy all over the word, and its late of mortality to the infant is very low while the mortality rate for infants in America is very high.

The health care in Japan is at a cost of 8% of the country's GPD (Ikegami, & Ikegami 2014). It shows that the Health Care System in Japan is of more improved and is concern with the health of the citizens than in America because even though the health services I Japan are high, they are available and affordable. The Universal health care boosts a higher percentage of hospitals that are privately owned I Japan than they are found in America. However, this happens because the Japanese can afford what it takes for treatment.

They visit their doctors often; this can be about three times more often than the Americas do. The patients from Japan were maybe visiting their doctors for scans and screening that totals to a cost of $80 or more instead of thousands or even hundreds.Japanese families pay a lot of money each month for medical purposes than any other services. The investigations show that each family might pay around $750 in every month for medication that is equivalent to the total cost shared by their employee.

One employee salary, therefore, is capable of catering for medical services for one family in one year(Ikegami, & Ikegami 2014). Greed in Japan is minimal that the funds allocated for medical services are well managed in their Health Care services. Everybody works to better the health of each other therefore on matters concerning health it’s not a joke in Japan. The insurance cover in Japan covers all Patients despites of the type of disease they get contrary to Americans where they don’t cover for cancer.3. Government funded health care system is preferable because it is always available and whatever the physicians may need the cost, the government pays for it.

There is also no waiting to see any the doctor because they are always available, and the patient’s of t medical history are kept on smart cards hence making this type of system the best than the privatized system.Reference Ikegami, N., & Ikegami, N.
