Many questions arise as to why the train accelerated as it approached the curve and whether the engineer caused the train to speed up or a mechanical failure. The CSI is up to probative evidence (good quality video) that shows the train was speeding in the moments, which led to its derailment. It is still not evident what caused the train to accelerate over 100 mph. Robert Sumwalt, the board member of transport safety, reported that sixty-five seconds before the end of the recording, the speed went steadily and then increased.

Michael Nutter, Philadelphia Mayor, critically blames the engineer for his reckless driving. He condemns why the engineer had to go so fast into the curve. Preliminary documentation shows that the train’s speed exceeded 100 mph before the derailment. It confirms that it was more than twice the 50 mph, which is the speed limit of the curve. There is a high likelihood, therefore, that speed was the possible cause, given the angles of wreckage and mode of damage to the cars.

BB King Death
BB was among the world’s greatest players known for his sharp single notes and vibrato on the electric guitar (Payne, Lah & Alsup, 2015). He died in Las Vegas where he lived. The forensic issue on his death is to investigate or analyze the actual cause of his death to be settled in a court of law.

The King’s daughters, Karen Williams and Party King alleged that his close associates poisoned him to death. However, the coroner portrays that the preliminary autopsy results do not confirm the contention. There is a high contrast in the comparison microscope as the daughters differ from the autopsy results. They adamantly claim that their father was poisoned, and was administered foreign substances to induce his premature death. They believe BB was murdered. The daughters accuse Laverne Toney, King’s business manager, and Myron Johnson, his assistant, of neglect. However, in polarity, Toney’s Attorney accuses the daughters of chasing a check. The Attorney, Eric Brent Bryson, addresses that the daughter’s claim is absolutely about money and that the charges were ridiculous and unfounded.

No CSI was conducted at the time of BB’s death. The King’s attending physician listed the King’s cause of death as multi-infarct dementia that is caused by a series of small strokes. His daughters, however, insist that the two associates of King gave him medication to induce diabetic shock. Therefore, the real evidence to confirm the actual cause of BB King’s death is still in the petition. Read More
