This paper will provide an in-depth analysis of crime and justice system and propose the research design that best addresses the issues.
The criminal justice system encompasses different sets of agencies and processes that are established by governments in order to control crime and impose penalties to those who violate the set laws. The criminal justice system differs from one country to the other. The United States for example, has no single criminal justice but is rather composed of similar, individual systems. The execution of these operations is dependent upon the jurisdiction that is in charge: military installation, county, city, federal, state and so on. These jurisdictions have different laws, agencies and methods of managing their criminal processes (Kraska and Neuman, 2011). However, there are two primary systems; the state and federal. The state criminal judicial system deals with crimes that are committed within their state boundaries. The federal system on the other hand handles crimes committed within its property or in more than one state.
The criminal justice system consists of five components; the law enforcement, prosecution, defense attorneys, courts and corrections department. All these units play an important role in the criminal justice process. The law enforcement officers are responsible for taking up reports on crimes that happen in their areas and investigating the crimes, gathering and protecting evidence. They are also responsible for arresting the offenders, giving testimony during court proceedings and conducting follow-up investigations. Prosecutors are the lawyers that represent either the state or federal government through the court process. They are responsible for reviewing the evidence brought before them by the law enforcement agencies and deciding whether to file or drop the case.
The defense attorneys defend the accused persons against the

It would be noted that a quasi design is made up of the selection of groups and developing variables to be tested on the group. This is however not done with any random selection procedures (Cheng, 2009). The
Additionally, people often make arguments that compel them to turn to outside help. To explore an idea, there is a need for research methods. These methods are used to reveal the existence of semantic relationships between the concepts identified in a model used to make
Chapter two of the dissertation will present a detailed review of all relevant literature concerning the subject matter of the research. Chapter three shall be comprised of the research methodology. Here, the entire design
Ethnographers do not formulate particular, concrete questions; instead, they go to communities, neighborhoods, or homes to observe in a nonintrusive, indirect manner. An example of a research question that an ethnographer could formulate is:
