Leonora and Joshua are remained to form such family. They have a small daughter Christa who is only three months old. The question of breeding this child and returning mother to working place becomes contradictory between parents Leonora and Joshua. They cannot find an appropriate way out from this conflict, and express aggression while reviling and yelping on each other. I understand the arguments of both parents as they are rather adequate and relevant. Joshua worries about the child growth and appropriate care for their little daughter.

He is convinced that Leonora should devote five years to their child, and does not come back to work till this time. While Leonora is afraid of her professional abilities, and is sure that after five years staying at home she will have to start the career from the beginning. Finding the way out is considered to be difficult procedure, but the first what I regard significant is to forget about the anger and to include logical and objective thinking. Both parents are in high need to realize a serious talk upon this question.

Their anger and scandal way of resolving the issue does not provide a helping hand for this family. That is why, Leonora and Joshua have to keep calm, and ponder upon the pros and cons of their decision. Moral, material and social factors need to be included in this conversation. Only the balanced solution accredited by both parents can bring positive implications. Bringing up a child is a complex procedure that takes a lot of time and all responsibilities come to parent’s heads. And if the family decides to born a child they need to understand and recognize all obligations which they have to accomplish.

A small baby is in high need of his/her mother, and parents care plays an essential role in this period. That is why the idea of staying home with a child seems to be considerable.On the other hand, mother’s intentions to earn money and save her career are also adequate. The statistic shows that it is rather difficult for woman to apply for a well-paid job and rise on careers. The data suggests the information that “women tend to be working in the lower-paid professions such as nursing or elementary school education, whereas men are more concentrated in the higher-paid professions of law, medicine, architecture, and engineering” (Schwartz & Scott, 2012).

To such extend Leonora’s intentions to help in maintaining the family and returning to work is essential. Concerning all the details I suggest the idea that compromise should be achieved in this particular situation. Parents have to discuss the possibility for Leonora to attain part-time position in her work in order to have time for giving attention and care for their child. In such case she will not lose her professional qualities and will be able to spend time with her baby. Nurse may take care of a child in the period when Leonora will come to work.

At the age of three parents may place Christa in the pre-school institution. I suppose that will be a best decision for them; moreover, only serious and calm conversation may lead to it.
