Strategies have been developed to enhance ageing in place. For instance, the state is considering creating homes that are affordable for older adults. Anther state is connecting already owned homes to social care to enhance funding of the cost of living (Wardrip, 2010). Considering their age, older adults cannot drive. Medicaid waiver Medicaid waiver refers to the ability of the state to exempt a particular population group from high medical rates.
