Within the company, the company can promote a non-discriminatory culture as its effort to end discrimination. They can incorporate or adopt it as one of the company culture not to discriminate, in any form, whether explicit or subtle. This policy should also reinforced by concrete action of HRD department that includes penalty if there are complaints about discrimination to send the message that the company does not tolerate discrimination.
