When he joined NOI, Malcolm was able to increase the organization’s membership from 500 in 1952 to 30,000 in 1963. This is strongly founded on his ability as a persuader, which swayed people to join him in the NOI. Malcolm’s charisma and intelligence is also evident when he became the coordinator of various narcotics, prostitution and gambling rings (Malcolm X Official Website, n.d). However, Malcolm was not without weaknesses. He easily dropped out of school when his favorite teacher thwarted his dream by telling him that his idea of becoming a lawyer one day was unrealistic.

He became discouraged with schooling and never gave it a second thought in spite of his brightness (Malcolm X Official Website, n.d). Malcolm also developed deviant behavior and engaged in illicit drug dealing and petty crimes, which eventually handed him imprisonment. His charisma put him at loggerheads with the government as he championed for human rights as a radical civil rights activist. Mahatma Gandhi (INFJ) Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (869-1948) was a famous Indian leader who championed people against the British rule using peaceful demonstration.

Gandhi was commonly referred to as ‘Mahatma’ (meaning ‘Great Soul’), which clearly demonstrate his leadership personality. Gandhi was an ardent campaigner for the independence of India and was never pleased that Indians were held servitudes by the British. As his name ‘Mahatma’ suggests, Gandhi served in the common interest of all shunning racism and segregation in the society. One of Gandhi’s strengths was his ability to champion Indians against public discontents through non-violent means.

Gandhi did this with abundant love for all and never had any hung-ups with anyone. This is evident when many attempts were made to assassinate him, especially by Godse, but he still declared he had no enmity with anyone (History, 2013). Gandhi was also an honest leader. This can be seen when he declines to speak to his wife while in prison because he was observing the rules of the prison, which never allowed them to speak to one another. Gandhi was also a selfless leader who chose to serve people for their own good.

One of the most evident weakness of Gandhi as a leader is his failure to persuade the Congress Party to reject partition proposal by the British. The congress eventually accepted the proposal. Seeing that partitioning, which was aimed at segregating Hindus from Muslims was inevitable, he accepted it. Gandhi failed to unite opposing forces, which exhibits his weakness as a leader (History, 2013). Bill Clinton (ESFP) Born three months after the death of his father, William Jefferson Blythe III in 1946, Bill Clinton grew under the care of his grandparents who taught him strong values and beliefs.

They imparted in him the idea that everyone was created equal irrespective of their skin color. This developed into a major strength in him. Clinton was a hard worker in both academics and extracurricular activities. As a staunch member of the church in school, he organized charity events and loved working with people. He also loved reading and playing saxophone to pas time. Clinton’s hard work in school and love for music enabled him to get scholarships, which helped him to finish his schooling and accomplish his goal of making people’s lives better.

He dazzled everyone and appeared to be a great talent. After becoming a Governor, Clinton was not satisfied. He felt
