More people want to have same sex partners. They have gone to the extent of thinking they have a right to protect. They even want to be considered in the constitutions, in various countries. I personally consider this to be devilish. I cannot stand out to accept the legalizing of gay couples. Gay marriages should be condemned at all cost. Lopez, R. (2009) says that marriage is the most salient aspect of life that man struggles to achieve. It is evident that those who get married are happy and feel some sense of satisfaction. Having their genetic pool transferred to the next generation is their outmost priority. Marriage of the same sex will thus, be an insult to the whole aspect of marriage. This makes it less valuable for those who value marriage than to those who disregard it. Lopez further argues that legalizing gay couples brings about equity, Liberty as well as freedom. However, I do not concur with this since man is born free and the freedom and equality people fight for is just meant to create an opportunity to violate the natural laws. In fact, some states such as Massachusetts, same sex marriage has already been accepted arguing that this marriage might be because of different reasons other than sex. Clearly, these men end up having sex and therefore, not procreating. There is nothing like love for the same sex! This is promiscuity! Thus, any government legalizing gay marriage is just being promiscuous (Friedman 2010). There is nothing like being sensitive to human rights. There are things in life that we need to focus other than wasting time and tax payers’ money in legalizing gay marriage. It is extremely painful to see that even church leaders support gay marriage. Recently some church leaders were all over the media in support of gay marriage. A set-up considered by humankind holy, behaving so ungodly! It was such a betrayal to both God and man. It was even outrageous to find that some church leaders were gay, and that is why they were supporting it. The interconnectedness of the church and government should be of benefit to mankind. Moreover, it should uphold the dignity of man and respect the moral standards. The idea of formulating legislation to legalize gay marriage is such a cruel action. Diseases have been the principal enemy to mankind. Research has shown that same sexual intercourse (male) was the main impetus to spread HIV and Aids. It can be seen from a glance that this did not start recently but has some roots in the olden days. If this is the situation, I do not see any reason why gay couples should be given the opportunity to marry. The fact is that these people will aspire to get married. This means that they will violate their trust and

In many ways including through theatre, cinema, and commercials, the media is projecting gay marriage as a symbol of enlightenment and moderation. On the other hand, religious scholars are also not backing down on this issue, except they are condemning such proposals.
Marriage has legal as well as social aspects. It is evident that many countries grant tax benefits to married couples. Marriage ensures the property rights if one partner is died or permanently disabled. In a social point of view, marriage constitutes a couple’s commitment to each other and their agreement as a family unit.
Even though gay marriage possesses legal recognition in some states, the moral and ethical dimensions were always questioned by intellectuals, sociologists, researchers and experts. It is evident that gay marriage is against the natural order; it undermines the sacred institution of marriage and natural heterosexual relationships which result in the procreation of children and paves the way for familial relationships.
However, a few governments have already started formalizing same-sex marriages. The most important argument put forward by the proponents of the same-sex marriage is that denying this right amounts to denying universal human rights. However, gay marriage is not normal, for it violates the nature’s law as the tendency of homosexuality is only one among the many sexual deviations experienced in humans.

The number of same sex couples has greatly increased in the last four decades. A subject that is now considered is that whether the same sex couples should be allowed to get married or not.
This argumentative essay is focused on different perspectives on this question. Currently, the New York State Senate and the law approved a right of gays for marriage. Therefore, it is possible to claim that gay marriage is promoted and legalized throughout the country in the course of time.
Homosexuality is widely spread all across the globe; this is quite evident in European countries as they are more open to this concept than other countries located on the other continents. The US is also another country where homosexuality is accepted to a certain extent.
Equally as vocal, however, are the members of society who are committed to keeping the ‘traditional definition’ of marriage in tact and making sure that only one woman and one man are permitted to marry for decades to come. On the one side, many contend, “Gay marriage is really a matter of respect and human rights” (Mollmann 105).
Although there are some states in the U.S. that permits, recognize or fighting for a legal matrimonial bonding between the same sex1, there are still a lot of institutions and places throughout the United States that strongly oppose and does not recognize the legality of
