Environmental cues significantly contribute to independence and make communication easy as they are a form of non-verbal communication. Environmental cues influence the art of conversation. It supports the way of communication. It assists an individual to be aware of what he or she should expect. Besides, it reduces the distraction that might interfere with stimulation. Furthermore, it is associated with the utility of multi-sensory strategies to provide information hence it is widely important in enhancing communication. Nonetheless, it assists people by putting them in a situation that is involved in triggering the right or appropriate pattern or mannerisms. It is essential to utilize them to enhance communication to all individuals without leaving any party out. It is especially important to persons with dementia. These environmental strategies assist such people by offering compensation on the challenge by taking care of communication functions to these individuals (Smith, 67). Environmental cues utilize the preserved abilities associated with communication functions. A2.Does the communicator has a responsibility to the audience? In most occasions, it is considered inaccurate as they force individuals to a single similar pattern. Along with the aspect of stereotyping, scapegoating should also be avoided. Nonetheless, it is important to ensure that the size of the audience does not influence how one relays information. The same way a speaker will communicate to a large crowd should be translated to how he will deliver information to a small size of the group. On the other hand, a listener has his or her part to play just like a coin has two sides. In this case, the listener is the audience. An audience should always show respect and also be courtesies to the communicator. They should try to be involved in the provision of encouragement during the session and should avoid electronic intrusions. When an audience shows respect for the communicator, it reveals the importance of the communicator. Also, it is essential to prevent multitasking as it shows a sign of disrespect and they may feel unbeneficial. Whenever a speaker is passing a message, the audience should always make sure that they do not allow the gadgets they possess to interfere with the process. A5. The headline associated with the article is clear enough and attractive enough as it is in bold and has a strong message. It further explains what was presented in the introduction. In the closure part, there is a good sense of conclusion that comprises of a brief summary.
