POLITICAL SCIENCE/ HUMAN RIGHTS Essay [Affiliation] Every political system is said to have major or minor effects on its area of domicile as well as its region of influence and sometimes the entire world. For example the American system of democracy gave the whole world especially the third world countries a new direction, a sense of self- responsibility and a diligent approach towards human rights and citizen stronghold. So basically any new thing that in incorporated in any political system catalyzes a change in the political environment of the entire globe and hence the people inhabiting the globe. Because of these modifications and time to time adjustments people came to know their present improved or destroyed selves. They adjusted and evolved with time. These political systems not only shaped up the paradigm of individual sense of proportion but they equally affected foreign policies, global markets and economic systems. Before considering the wide ranged pros and cons of political sustainability in any region and the diversity of its influence it is essential to study the factors that are responsible for controlling it, these factors include those of cultural, social, socio-economic, organizational, demographic and morality- based criteria. The complete analysis of political sustainability cannot be completely achieved if these factors are not put into careful consideration. The demographics play an important role in deciphering the statistics of the population and how it meets its daily routine tasks. Ethics are an important part of a demographical study. Moreover, different aspects of a human personality are also kept in a wide focus. This evaluation strives to keep everything from the glitch of personality to the broad spectrum of community within its circle of influence. Hence the study of political perspectives can be easily conducted. The British Empire has been often described as being racist (Darwin, 2013 ). Moreover coming to think of educational techniques, the British Empire introduced new techniques which created major revolutions. Analysts believe that political sustainability is important for global sustainability and that results from social sustainability. So poverty cannot radicalize growth of an economy, it cannot pave way for the solidarity of an economical threshold. This incompatibility causes disruption of the entire social or organizational interactive environment. None can progress without the other. So basically the political system monitors how all the intertwining systems work for the solidarity of the entire humanity. The Imperial vision introduced by the British Empire is an example of steps taken for political sustainability agenda. The way it interpreted countries as colonies on the basis of their global standing and based on that paradigm it planned out its further trade routes, political endeavors and other important objectives. (Proudman. 2008) The country’s authority should therefore try to formulate policies that not only keep the employees driven but also conform to their psychological health. In the book the writer believes that many of America’s present day trust issues, policies and cultural outlooks are based. Happy and healthy citizens make sure of the optimization of performance. The general productivity and image of the country is made better. Greater popularity means better clientele following and even better revenue generation. It is also observed that the British Empire had a great influence on all the major professions in the everyday human life from engineering to architecture, from medicine to technology. The essence of almost all of the motivational theories is that it needs idealistic behavior and this behavior set forth satisfaction or dissatisfaction. The most primitive needs should be satisfied completely first and then gradually other needs should be fulfilled but then again sometimes the most primitive needs only prove to be a hurdle in the overall growth and routine task execution. The higher importance tasks can only be efficiently performed if the lower basic necessities are met. (Maslow 1970) When you start to satisfy higher needs they tend to become harder to achieve and the process increase in the amount of energy you put in so the political system get charged economically when people tend to satisfy their higher needs. 1) Taking the initiative: Taking everything under control is the first and foremost stance of the word leader. In case of a problem or a threat, the system should be able to impulsively assume authority and take everything from policy making to implementation automatically in its own hands. This is definitely the reason it was formulated in the first place, to lead, to act as the control system, to act as the brain and check bodies with properly formulated systems. Every task for a smooth execution requires check points which take care to avoid any unfavorable circumstance from happening and in case it does happen due to whoever’s negligence, to control it from proliferating further. 2) Accepting responsibility for mistakes: To err is human but acceptance of a mistake is the hardest part. This acceptance is the necessary requirement for a political system to assume its authority and influential character. It conveys the signal that admitting a mistake is not wrong in fact it signifies a strong character that tolerates no room for mistakes without amendments. Minor mistakes on behalf of the political system can disrupt the solidarity of the entire nation. There are individuals who assume that confessing their blunder displays weakness or ineptness. The risk of this notion, particularly when its believed by people folks with chairs or ranks associated with an authoritative command, is that it hinders the prospects by directly defending their very poor options, in the end it does not matter if they acknowledge their mistake in their subconscious but fail to admit it. These kinds of operators finish up positioning untrue blame on other people as a way to prove the supremacy of their own characters. They point fingers to somebody else that are in no way responsible or didn’t carry out the blunder but their mere association to the general project puts them in jeopardy. This wrongly perceived approach will be observed by them so that they can save deal with, or prove they are worthy of their authority or so that they can retain admiration for this deceitful cleverness. Regretfully, they will don’t obtain any of the fantasized things. Actually, they will obtain the complete reverse by destroying the organizational environment and giving birth to whistle blowers. The British Empire tried its best to sort out the world and to help save it from anti- colonial stance. It spent a major share of its wealth in saving the world. (Ferguson, 2007) 3) Planning organizing and setting objectives: Planning and objective stipulation are innate qualities within a perfect political system. Insight along with careful decisive capacities is eminent to lay out the directive principles of motivational policies for different organizational structures. Everything from moral up built to principle manifestation is underlined by the leader who takes into account every single detail from the core to the crust. Imitating the style of policy formulations on minor level, policy formulations on political level can create major waves and motions. 4) Delegating tasks to the people with the right skill set: The political system should be able to devise strategies that are alive to the talents and abilities of its citizens. Every line of action and response should include a careful observation of the core abilities. Tasks should be handed to those workers who possess the requisite skill set. Giving a task to the ill-suited person will bring down the entire project and this action will definitely counteract the individual as well as the company benefit. So this approach was carefully monitored by the Imperial system as it took impressions, visions and ideas into careful considerations. It therefore organized the global village into colonies, well- deciphered and demarcated colonies on racial, linguistic, economic and cultural backgrounds. It is however important to keep every aspect of daily routine in a dynamic equilibrium or in other words to create a harmony between key aspects of life. These aspects are and should be equally valued for psychological peace. The British Empire took the major initiative of Human Rights, it adopted the duty of introducing the concept of human rights. This might seem controversial considering how it first introduced slavery and then ended it. But nevertheless the steps it took for the promotion and safeguard of human rights are effective on a global scale. Bibliography Darwin, J. (2013). Unfinished Empire: The Global Expansion of Britain.
