Insert Success Introductory ment Success is a mindset idea that focuses much on an individual achievement. The meeting of goals set for a given period and parameter is the best definition of success. In a massive lasting project, success can be defined by accomplishment of the project milestone. Everybody would want to have success yet few take the path to success. The satisfaction that comes to an individual upon completing an activity is a critical marker of success. When one sets out to achieve a goal, that is the mind is set for it, fulfilling it predisposes peace to the mind. Life can be said to be a resource endowed upon every human being yet how individuals live varies immensely (Adam 1). Coming up with goals and milestones in life is an individual choice. When one has made a choice and set the mind towards achieving it, they will have to travel through the process. Upon completion and in cases when the results bring joy to the participant it literary defines success. A person may set out to have happiness in life through peaceful interaction with people while another achieves happiness through having wealth (James 1). They all will be successful people. Importantly, the journey starts through a personal choice to the destination of success entail identical activities and events. Obtaining material and fixed state of mind are differing objectives that variously define personalities and their own view of success in life. The lifespan of a human being entails setting short-term and long-term goals. They may be achieved or not but success will solely depend on the measure of self-satisfaction from the accomplishment. Talents were bestowed on humans with different measure and manner. Making use of the skills to serve humanity by setting the goals are individual undertakings. Talents are mainly associated with success because they reveal the true character of an individual. In addition, the passion in pursuing a field comes with advantages of monetary and or self-satisfaction and appraisal (ACTS international 1). Most people love fame and being celebrities, which is made only when the masses perceive the uniqueness and passion one gives the endeavor. Stepwise process towards success Success is not plucked from trees not inherited from parents. Perception about success is the highest hurdle one must encounter in the journey to success. To start a journey, one needs to set eyes on the goal without wavering. It means that from the beginning, a person needs to make a choice either to endeavor to get success or not. The decision entails doing away with thoughts of just being and thinking average and going for the price. It is done in the beginning and not anywhere else when in the process. A mindset that distinguishes one individual from the bandwagon is required (Adam 1). When thinking outside the box, the energies that are summoned by the body are in line with the mind and the price is half way through. The world offers many options and chances to be successful. The only part required of a person is making the right choice. A human being when dreaming of the path to pursue they include the will, the passion, the energy, the perception and ultimately the mindset must consider many factors. A person upon making the decision to trade the path of success has to come up with a valid thought. It must be realistic, for example, becoming the top in a cricket series in the period on five years (James 1). It should be a time bound, include parameters and schedule of events towards attaining goals. One must dream before setting out to gain success. Without regard to the volume of ideas set. The real task involves waking up every morning to set goals for the day, every week, set its goals, every month, and set its goals for years and decades. In doing this, detailing the way forward is essential. Come up with insights, activities, timetables, schedules and slogans that guide the way (ACTS international 1). They emanate from anything one desire to change or improve. They will be a part of the daily routines when one interacts with the ideas and thoughts they have on a regular basis. The way to success is a bumpy road and nobody should expect a smooth, relaxed ride home. However harrowing the events may be, however tiring the task turns out to be, the one thing that should remain alive is hope and determination. Enthusiasm in performing activities facilitates the mobility without which the inner self-dries and withers away. This thought direct individual to find and indulging in daily tasks that bring joy and motivation to the mind and heart. Importantly they should be directed towards the dream and the set goals (James 1). A person needs to understand what motivates them. Happiness and the drive to achieve success should burn continuously inside. A person should find and know what keeps them motivated. Their daily activities should be in line with those actions so that always they are motivated and the fire shines ever. The entire journey should be full of inspiration because stress may set in amidst depression and the result from such is only negative After meeting the above, success is near sight and the last step waits; the level of patience. Waiting in humility and enjoying the process is an essential virtue worth. The process should not be published as a struggle but as an event, one enjoys doing on a daily basis. The process is full of milestone and does not warrant resting to enjoy at some point because that is the moment one should concur the next corner and soar higher (James 1). What one has done should bring them satisfaction, what they are doing in itself should encourage happiness and what is to come should be accomplished in enjoyment. That is a perfect success. Image and Events of a successful person A successful person is a happy satisfied person. I am more respected in the society than before. Many people look up to me for guidance. I am experienced now in my field and understand many aspects that I need to keep up with. I am organized in my dealings and schedule because I have mastered the game that took me to the top. As a successful person, I work hard and gain many benefits from the endeavors I indulge. The aspects enlisted, paint the picture of my successful life now. As a successful member in the community, my morning, always starts and is packed with activities to perform. I have to meet and accomplish my goals today and every other day. I have to admit that the position comes endowed with responsibilities that I must undertake. I get more attention from people more than usual and I have to live up with it. I was provided with a teaching chance and a mentor in my field and to the ambitious members of the community. In addition, I have to listen more than talk and direct like before. I receive advice and guidance from many well-wishers who like to tag along and keep tabs of my progress. I humbly list and put their contribution into mind and they have helped me soar higher than before. Noting that success is not a destination but a process, I have set new goals and am passionately working round the clock to achieve and accomplish them. The position has changed from being a success seeker to being a leader. I have to provide guidelines, motivation and empower the upcoming generation. Most importantly maintaining success is a crucial aspect that keeps me on toes. I do not want I situation where tomorrow I wake up and somebody has overtaken me. I strive to keep up to the status; reputation is a hard-earned virtue. I now put other people’s interest ahead of my interest. The success is a wholesome package that comes with striving for a single dream in life. I now have a larger family that depends on me; I have friends to go out with, children to provide for and teams to coach. I have a bigger role that I indulge on a daily basis.
