Prostitution in Chicago Prostitution is engaging in sexual conduct for some money. Prostitution is a crime in Dallas and therefore one go can sentenced life imprisonment. Prostitution in Dallas has existed for many centuries. Dallas is one of the largest cities, where prostitution has adopted people’s way of life. It has been there since the early centuries. Dallas has been a Frog town with numerous court cases because of the prostitution that is taking place there. Prostitution is done in small cribs rooms, whereby customers come to those cribs to get satisfaction from the prostitutes who rent those apartments. Executives, politicians, soldiers, gamblers, and laborers come to the cribs to get satisfactions from them (Keating, 2002). Prostitution has gained momentum in Dallas because of the color of the people, and their mode of living. Prostitution has become common in Dallas; thereby compelling students to drop out of school and join the prostitution grounds. Prostitution is mainly practiced across rails and places where people gather. The life of a prostitute is very contradicting because they get involved with a lot of people and changing their behaviors. Although prostitution has more money than other jobs, few prostitutes depend on it. It is understood that, most prostitutes tend to consume many drugs, such as cocaine, heroin that they end up committing suicide. The police at times harass the prostitutes due to pressure they get from their superiors, for example the government. Prostitution has spread wide in all Dallas towns, due to lack of enough police officers to enforce the law (Keating, 2002). Solution to the crime problem identified Prostitution on the street is very harsh because those involved encounter many problems when they are out there. Therefore, eradicating prostitution can be done by making them go under mental asylum where they can undergo therapy. They should be enlightened on how the community morals and the beliefs on how law be regulated morally. The prostitute should minimize their rate of going out. It is also significant to implement new rules and regulation on how they should carry out themselves on a daily basis. For example, attending gatherings where they offer improvement on how to stop prostitution, and doing something to keep off one mind from thinking about the prostitution issue, reading of novels and going to the gym (Keating, 2002). To prevent prostitution, one should be able to forget what happened in the past and continue with his or her life. Morally, some prostitutes will end up committing suicide, while some would like to change from their past and get traumatized and end up in hospital beds. The prostitute should be in a position of finding a proper way of attacking the problem they are suffering from. The problem of prostitution can be eliminated by attending therapy sessions and embracing it in their mind and making progress in their therapy. Incorporating the SARA model in decision-making Research done by analysts indicate that small population of prostitute is similar to the small number of the population are victims of prostitution. According to the study, approximately 45% of the prostitutes come from a poor background. Therefore, the community and police officers should join hands together to eradicate the measure. Addressing of the problem mainly focuses on their efforts on analyzing patterns of prostitution rate. Significantly, it is advisable to gather information on how prostitution can be eliminated and underlying the causes of the problem (Keating, 2002). It is not an easy thing to solve the issue of prostitution and the community should play a very critical role in trying to reduce the vice, together with everything that is associated with it such as drug addiction. Community, therefore regard it a threat to the surrounding they live in. The police and community have reduced the prostitution rate by setting therapy rooms in hospital as targeted that it has reduced by thirty percent and other related crimes by forty two percent (Keating, 2002). The desired outcome Researches have been conducted to establish why men and women engage in prostitution and the outcome of it. The reason why they engage in prostitution is because some do not have education and want to feel the good life. The question remains why men buy women for sexual pleasure and yet they have their own wives at home. Several myths show why men buy women for sexual pleasure, and there is qualitative information on why men buy women. Evidence shows that males buy females for sexual satisfaction, which promotes trafficking, prostitution and sex industry. Male demands are a primary factor in expansion of sex industry worldwide and sustain commercial sex workers’ exploitation. Sexual exploitation has involved a lot of examination, analysis, censures and penalty (Collins, 2007). The prevention of prostitution measures and discourages the demand that foster all forms of exploitation of women. According to the Dallas laws, sex in form of prostitution is an offense and therefore done without people knowing and only during night times. It is therefore expected that if the proposals are implemented well, the rate of prostitution would decrease substantially within the cities in Dallas. How this solution would benefit the community The law and the protocol on trafficking stipulate that the prostitution of men is violence against women. However, the model is targeting men who demand that prostitution, and the men who demand abuse to women in prostitution. In the issue of the men who abandon women after they get satisfied in the sex industry, the Dallas laws address the predator action of men who buy women for. Prostitution and trafficking of women is very harmful and should be eradicated. Men who buy women for sexual satisfaction are penalized and punished severely. Research conducted proved that prostitution is a form of violence against children and women and that offering sexual services is criminal. Scholars, advocates and lawyers who work against trafficking understand that male demand promotes prostitution to a great deal. What could be the consequences if the crime problem goes unresolved? The Dallas prostitution law warns males who seek sexual, particularly the offenses of keeping a bawdy house and communicating for the purpose of prostitution. This view maintains that prostitutes are victims who are subject to abuse by those who use their services, and are harassed by law enforcement. Decriminalization includes most women groups, prostitution rights groups and youth involved in prostitution. It is argued that the harmful side effects of prostitution include exploitation and violence. Just like extortion and assault, for example, provincial and municipal law can address noise and congestion associated with street prostitution (Collins, 2007). These groups maintain that it targets prostitution itself in order to effectively combat the effects and the products. If the authorities or community fails to deal with the problem, it is beyond reasonable doubt that the effects are severe. Such include wastage of resources my males who use their savings to buy the services, spread of sex related diseases and even break up of several marriages, as well as killing of the societal morals (Barzun and Wendell 2005). Determining the effectiveness of the solution implemented It will be when the prostitution will have ended the implementing of new ideas on how to help the sex workers in the industry will be effective. One would know if the solution is working and maintaining all the resources. By maintaining, and creating new ideas on how to eradicate it properly and making it a stress free state. Whoever had committed crimes, taken to the jury and prosecuted, for trying to manipulate the law and the community? Setting up such rules will make one scared of committing anything that will make him/her to go to jail. According to Barzun and Wendell (2005), when a criminally prosecuted for the wrongdoing and maintaining peace among the community and beyond the states. Seemingly, the community and everyone have, should embrace what they get and ensure they stay free out of crime. The crime could go unresolved when the actions go unpunished, and thus ensuring, that anyone who has committed a crime be prosecuted and taken to court to defend him/her. The development of communities by policy framework made policing organization with opportunity easy by eradicating the crime rates, and seeking guidance from the police departments. Community policing encompasses a variety of philosophical and practical approaches, which evolve rapidly. Community policing strategies vary depending on the needs and the response of the communities involved. The development of communities, by policy framework made policing organization easy. In the indictment, there should be a statement of the facts that constitute the offense and for every count. The grand jury proceedings are secret and only those allowed beside the grand jury members are the attorneys for the government, the court reporters and witness. Assessing the effectiveness of the problem solving, effort emphasize the importance of developing clearly defined goals; thoroughly documenting the entire process and taking baseline measurement. Federal criminal cases indicated after an investigation by a federal agency, or after local law enforcement officer to submit the results of an investigating federal prosecutors office. Researchers emphasize that grand juries in federal investigation considered a weapon of the prosecutor, as the investigation is provocative. References Barzun, J and Wendell, H. (2005).
