The managers often tend to facilitate their employees with certain motivational efforts so that they can work effectively and raise the goodwill and also the profitability of the organizations. Hence, the basic aim of preparing this journal report is to analyze the coaching along with leadership motivational theories that are often implemented within a specific organization. Summary and Report Abraham Maslow proposed a theory, which concentrated on the subject of human motivation. In this regard, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory gave a new meaning to the motivational concept within the organizations.

The theory stated that if one of the human needs is fulfilled, then they become motivated and ready to react for the fulfillment of other needs. Maslow had classified human needs under five categories namely self- actualization, esteem needs, belongingness, safety needs and physiological needs. The theory also suggests certain effective measures especially to the mangers regarding how they can motivate their employees to become much productive (Jerome, 2013). . Need for achievement denotes the situation wherein people possess equal desire towards attaining success along with realizing the fear of getting failure. Need for affiliation is that wherein people need love and concern of others to attain success in the form of binding certain relationships. Lastly, the need for power represents that people often tend to maintain leadership positions and control over others in order to obtain greater power. The fulfillment of these needs eventually motivates the individuals to perform their respective functions effectively within the organizations (Goldsmith IBS Limited, 2013).

Conformity and obedience are the other aspects that have significant importance in today’s modern business scenario. Conformity is fundamentally defined as the individuals who change their attitudes and beliefs in order to match with that of the others within a particular group. The leaders also denote that the individuals who tend to
