I have had considerable experience as a Human Resource Associate from two leading companies in Saudi Arabia. It was a great experience for me to have worked in the Human Resources management wing in Sabco Company, Saudi Arabia in 2006-2007. My responsibilities in the company consisted of recruiting and staffing logistics, performance management and improvement of tracking systems, employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping. I made sure that these HR tasks are completed on time and to the expectations of the company.

I was also involved in human resources management and marketing in STC Company, Saudi Arabia in 2008 -2009. My duties in the company included receiving calls and fax on a computer, making and canceling appointments and explaining some information to the customers. These two years have improved my ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. I have also developed remarkable competencies that include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

I am convinced that I possess the considerable skills that are required for the job. I believe that my highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes will be an added advantage for me for this post. Besides, I am quite service oriented-always actively looking for ways to help people. I have an internship in the U.S-Saudi Arabian business council and my membership in the NSCS scholar connection has also helped me to develop my skills. In the same way, the fact that I was a volunteer of the Year (2004) helping poor children and volunteer of the Year (2006) caring about old people is another proof of my service-oriented mentality.
