Question Change is the integral process in the life history of an organization. When there is a modification in the resources, strategies, planning, and structure of the organization, the whole organizational culture goes through a change. However, there is always resistance to this change. Employees resist changing in the workplace because stability of circumstances is wanted by every individual. The biggest change today is the technological change because organizations are implementing modern technological tools, a condition different from the organizations’ previous history.

Non-trained employees resist. Change in the skill level of employees is also resisted. The managers must take measures to overcome resistance. For this, they should communicate with each employee individually to know his needs. The more the employees feel empowered and respected, the lesser is the resistance to change. Question 2 Home businesses are very rewarding because they consume lesser resources, energy and time. Due to this fact, the job satisfaction is greater and future prospects are high.

One of the greatest difficulties that home businesses may face is choosing the right kind of partner who will guide you and stand beside you through the whole process. Other difficulties include isolation. When you are staying at home, you are leaving the outside world and the chances of face-to-face communication lessen. Personal meetings are crucial to build trust with the partner and the consumers, and home businesses do not give you this chance. Also, sometimes the performance is affected when one tries to manage the home business along with the official job.

One has to wait for the home business and its savings to get established enough so that the official job is left.
