Correlational Methods Decker1 (1991) carried a research ly, “Style, gender, and humor effects in evaluating leaders”, to find answers to questions pertaining to task-oriented style displayed by male managers and people oriented style displayed by female managers alongwith capability of humor as a managerial tool.
