Information Systems have hitherto relied upon data quality and integrity for its management. Countless companies faced numerous problems in accomplishing this task but thankfully SAP has emerged as effective, efficient and user friendly tool that customizes software to meet the particular needs of the company. SAP solutions are getting recognition worldwide and it had highest analytical and performance management revenue in the year 2010 (Gartner, 2011) Among the various products SAP has launched one of the very affective tool for business analytic solutions is SAP BusinessObjects.

Users can explore and compare relevant information through SAP BusinessObjects Explorer even if they lack in IT training as it provides a user-friendly web-based environment. Decision making becomes faster and more accurate, and IT is freed up for projects that add greater value to the company. It gives the freedom to access the large amount data of various integrated Databases. It's more efficient, fast and saves queries over various SAP or non SAP databases. The implementation of SAP businessObjects is easy as it is web based.

The main purpose of BusinessObects is the use of business intelligence products. Its tools provide performance management and query and analysis of the provided information. This addresses various business issues some of them are: Speedy generation of reports Data Duplication Self-service reporting and analysis ability examine progress on strategic plans through a uniform process empowering of employees to take spur of the moment decisions Integration of various data sets into one SAP Business Objects provide solutions for all such issues.

It reduces the data duplication1 through its information management tool which takes two-fold approach (Mike Pratt, 2008) to reduce duplication. It verifies every new data against existing records and verifies address against post code and that against post office address. It even helps users to generate their own report speedily and minimizes external contractor cost. Unlike other BI solutions SAP business Objects is user friendly and the companies which have replaced their older system with this have reduced research and analysis time for financial reporting2.

This allows users to perform complex analytical research (SAP AG, 2009, p. 2) without the constant consultation of system developer. With changing time operational business intelligence should be used by companies and the SAP Business Objects provide that with BRM and BPM to derive and improve operations in a dynamic environment (Goodlle, 2011). It also provides various operational benefits such as improvement in expansion of milestones for precedence initiatives. To achieve the predictable performance and derive business in the organisation the current tool is SAP as it places the risk mitigation plans.

The cycle to analyze information is: I think it can help my organisation in a very effective manner due to the integrated security it provides to the system. I do not want the data to be seen by every one and as it dynamically reduces the queries the user can only view the reports it ran. It has the feature of universe security which can put a check on type of queries and hence I can control the security of my organisation in a very dependable manner. Works Cited Gartner.
