Personal ment Human resource management is a function within an organization that has the duty of planning, staffing, organizing, leading and controlling. They are the managers which run and operate all the financial and material resources of an organization. They have the authority over establishing goals and standards of an organization. The Human Resource Department is a diverse department which involves expertise. I have been interested in human resources since I completed my high school and have chosen it as my major.

I believe that I have the capabilities to gain the right expertise in the field of human resources. I have worked for five years in the field of human resources and have developed a grip on the subject. I have learned what the whole department is about and how specific tasks are completed by the human resource department. Kelly School of Business is a reputable institute which can provide me with relevant knowledge about the subject so that I can excel in the field. The faculty and staff in the institute are suited to my needs which can help me to earn the right knowledge in the field.

With the help of the faculty in the institute I believe that I can excel in the human resource department and can prove my worth as an asset if provided with the right opportunities. I believe that with the help of my previous knowledge in the subject of human resources I can excel in the field if provided with the right opportunities.
