The hospital hosts programs that allow women to undergo tests on breast cancers. The program should be affordable, accurate and should bring favorable advantages to harm (Shetty, 2014).

Lack of Infection control nurse

Infection control nurses assist in the prevention of patient infections in clinics and hospitals.  A hospital that lacks enough infection control nurses is likely to have a high widespread of disease.

A hospital such as Al Nor should make sure it has enough infection control nurses to prevent the spreading of infections among patients.

The hospital should recruit more nurses with adequate skills and knowledge in infection control.

Additionally, the nurses should be provided with the necessary equipment to carry out their tasks (Wilson, 2006).

Inadequate patient satisfaction

Most hospitals are not providing their clients with required services leading to patient dissatisfaction. Patient satisfaction is the degree to which patients feel that their expectations and need are satisfied. To improve on the level of patient satisfaction Al Nor Hospital should make follow-ups on the patients (continuity health care). This will help them know the progress of their clients.

Doctors should have good communication skills with their patients. In other words, doctors should be able to understand the needs of their patients so as to serve them according to their needs and expectations (Baker, 1996).

The language barrier between patients and nurses

The language barrier hinders the flow of communication between the patients and the nurses. When there are a language barrier patient’s needs and expectations cannot be met. To combat the challenge Al Nor Hospital should provide interpretation services to people who difficulties in understanding Arabic (White, 2014).
