Therefore, the clinical setting must intervene and provide home hospital palliative care to these patients. They are mandated to reaching out to the patients to assist them in every possible manner, thus improving their quality of life. This approach is also appropriate because it helps in reducing the costs of readmissions if their situation gets worse and ignored.
