"Opportunities in the Clinical Professionalism versus Management Tract" is a perfect example of a paper on care. Nursing professionals play some crucial roles in the transformation of the world healthcare system. Nurses who have advanced nursing degrees such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing possess a wider knowledge base such as quality standards, patient care, and business acumen among other healthcare-based knowledge. All these nursing skills result explicitly in an improved patient care outcome. The upgraded database of the value of having a BSN versus ADN (an associate nursing degree) has been ongoing in the nursing industry. This database upgrading aims as coming up with more qualified professionals with implicit management tracts in the nursing field of professionalism.

Although both ADN and BSN fulfill the educational requirements for a practicing RN, a BSN degree offers nurses a greater opportunity for improved job security, higher potential earnings by individuals nurses, career advancement, and an improved prospect of job mobility. In relation to managerial practices, BSN instills managerial knowledge to individual nurses. In the current clinical health practice field, both clinical management and evidence-based practice are viewed as the same entities (National Association for Home Care (U.S.), 2002). Today, for instance, hospitals are expecting RNs to be able to make business/managerial decisions that affect the bottom-line and patient outcome, but not just majoring in acute or clinical care. Advancements opportunities in BSN include faculty teaching positions, higher-level administrative roles in hospitals or other health care environments, and state and federal government nursing roles.

A BSN RN is already well equipped with better treatment and management skills education. This implies that these nurses can easily administer hospitals or other healthcare environments. This is one of the added advantages to the BSN trained nurses as opposed to the ADN RNs. In cases of BSN nurse’s enhancement of their educations, these fellows can resolve into undertaking the teaching profession. Advanced nursing degrees are very much important as the nursing industry values scholastic works, education, and credentials a part of this career field culture (National Association for Home Care (U.S.), 2002). Therefore, individual nurses can resort into undertaking advancements in teaching job opportunities. Lastly, Federal nursing jobs are also better options for the BSN nurses. These jobs are readily available for the BSN nurses due to their educationally added advantage of management. These professionals can easily practice clinical nursing while, on the other hand, managing federal health care facilities.

In summary, in the current healthcare system world, clinical opportunities and management tracks are inseparable entities. Nurses must always be well acquainted with the necessary nursing field management knowledge. Whatever career path nurses follow, the essential wise decision for them is to continuously enhance their managerial skills and education so that their organizations, communities, and patients benefit from their liberal and life-saving view of the world. More practicing RNs, such as the ones seeking an RN to BSN or RN to MSN (Master of Science nursing) must always be in line with health care management doctrines. This is aimed at encouraging their job retention and promotion.
