The implementation plan will describe the proposed plan to implement the solution systematically.

Finally, the evaluation part will describe how the proposed solution will be analyzed and evaluated. It will include the methods that will be used and the specific things that will be evaluated. All the figures, tables, forms, and models used in the proposal will be put in the Appendix section. Bayshore Medical Center is a leading medical facility in Pasadena, Texas. As an established organization, we have to come up with well-thought decisions that can put us in the right position of improving the quality of our services at all times. This explains why it has become necessary for us to comply with the principles of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) meaning that in whatever decision is made, there needs to be extensive research about it. When decisions are based on valid and accurate evidence, it becomes much easier for the management to discharge all duties without many challenges (Dale, 2005).

This is because there are elements of practicality that require planning before decisions can be implemented. While conducting research, it was necessary to come up with strategies to avail more information about the organization.
