Extract of sample "Interpersonal Relations Theory and Theory of Emancipated Decision-Making"

"Interpersonal Relations Theory and Theory of Emancipated Decision-Making" is a great example of a paper on care.
Hildegard Peplau presented the theory of Interpersonal relations. The theory explains the importance of creating personal relationships with patients in the organizational setting (Nursing Theories, 2012). The theory explains how nurses may handle patients and develop a relationship that may be advantageous to both the nurse and the patient (Nursing Theories, 2012). The theory is easy is to research as it had a significant impact on the nursing field. After the publication of the theory, many journals have been created to develop the theory to fit the modern nursing field. Many journals created to enhance service delivery have incorporated the importance of developing working relationships with the patients. In addition, as Peplau recommends article advocate for the development of the versatile nature of nurses. This has increased the sensitivity at which nurses are provided with roles in the organizational setting. The theory is best applicable in nursing practice. The role of nurses in practice has developed to fit the requirement that is presented in the interpersonal relations theory. The theory is appealing because it creates an accurate assumption on the requirements of nurses in their practice. In addition, the theory has explicit assumptions that are easy to relate to the nursing practice.

The theory of health as expanding consciousness is created with an objective of increasing the sensitivity of health practitioners to practice even in absence of illness or disability (The Theory of Health as Expanding Consciousness, 2014). The theory asserts that advances can be made in health practices in the absence of health conditions. Numerous articles have been created to support the importance of nursing research. The articles create are based on creating awareness of the importance of health expansion. In addition, practitioners are provided with steps and mechanisms to carry out health researches. The theory is applicable in nursing research. In this field, nurses are provided with the means to develop theories and approaches to the modern medical field. I was attracted to the theory because it portrays a future trend in the medical field. It is an obvious assumption that the nurse practice is dependable on the advances made in the field.

The Wittmann-Price Theory of Emancipated Decision-making is created with the objective of creating gender equality in the health care system (The Wittmann-Price Theory of Emancipated Decision-making in Women’s Healthcare). Different from traditional social norms, the theory advocates for the provision of power to women as health practitioners. The theory is easily accessible in articles and journals. In these articles, equality is advocated. Specifically, the journals highlight women as minority figures in the medical field. Moreover, journals on effective medical practices portray the importance of minimizing gender disparities in medical institutions. The theory is applicable in all fields of nursing.  It is expected that organizations embrace gender equality in their setting. In addition, the role of women in the organizational setting should be beautified. I am attracted to the theory because it creates an environment that eliminates bias in health care systems. Moreover, emancipated decision-making increases the suitability of practices to tackle medical challenges.
