According to the modern healthcare and clinical practices, the risk assessment processes include a set of steps that can be easily implemented by the institutions to deal with potential hazards or clinical risks (Boland, 2010; National Patient Safety Agency, 2007; Ryan, 1999). The issues which are required to be considered in the risk assessment process are the activities in the context of physical and emotional environment and organisational culture. Moreover, considering the potential number of patients who are likely to be affected, and potential consequences of the hazards are few of the major considerations of a clinical risk assessment process (Logan & Johnstone, 2012).
