Acute Coronary syndromes (ACS) present a spectrum of medical conditions that are closely associated with the occurrence of myocardial ischemia, a condition that is manifested through breathing difficulties. Most patients experiencing these conditions have significant changes caused by inflammation of the coronary arteries. This inflammation results in the formation of a thrombus; which is responsible for reduced blood flow to the myocardium. The imbalanced demand against the supply of myocardial oxygen is the fundamental cause of the clinical manifestation of ACS. The early detection of ACM is essential in the growth of an administration plan for the condition; which can easily result in sudden death of the infected individual.

The following assessments should be executed on Norma in seeking to ascertain the cause of the problem and the presentation of an effective medical intervention.

• Quality: this seeks to measure the extent of the patient's pain for the duration of the difficulties in breathing and the swelling of the legs
• Location: this seeks to evaluate the areas that have been affected by the swelling
