A general foot care is to be conducted. Feet must be examined for any sort of sores, circulation, or sensation problems. Diabetes may at times result in thickening ingrown. There may develop a feeling of numbness, or pins and needles in the feet. The patients must note down in their log if they feel any sort of sores, circulation, or sensation problems.
Patients who are suffering from diabetes must be very regular with their physical exercise. The physical exercise may be of any type walking, jogging, swimming or gym at home.
