On the other hand, nurses’ assessment and interview techniques are influenced by many factors. Moreover, a nurse’s experience may depend on age, and therefore able to effectively manipulate interview techniques depend on age too. The age difference may also affect the techniques used by nurses for patient interviews. For instance, a young fresh nurse may need to work extra hard to win the trust and confidence of her patients.
