The initial task of the team is providing the overall planning and coordination for implementation. The team members need to be given adequate training since they will be sent out in the field to educate the community members about the importance of caring for these elderly society members. The management in the team will have a task of ensuring that all the manuals which are applicable to implementation effort are available to all when required or needed. In addition, the team major task will be performing surveys before the implementation. The team members will conduct a research to determine the nature of this condition. This is crucial since it will give an estimate of the amount of work required to be done and the amount of resources that are required in the overall plan.
