Steaz Zero Calorie Sparkling Green Tea (Orange) provides a complete package.

The ingredients of Steaz Zero Calorie Sparkling Green Tea (Orange) include sparkling water (filtered), beta-carotene, organic erythritol that serves as the natural sweetener in the beverage, citric acid, organic flavor, sodium citrate, folic acid, and rebiana that also serves as a natural sweetener made from stevia extract. In addition to these, Sparkling Green Tea (Orange) consists of a range of vitamins that include Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C.

The qualities of this beverage are that it comes with the natural freshness of green tea, but its bubbly texture and deliciousness provide it with an edge over regular green tea. I particularly like the new version of Steaz Zero Calorie Sparkling Green Tea (Orange) because it is improved. The finest natural ingredients are used to make it and it is sweetened with stevia plant leaves to make it healthy and delicious at the same time.

The nutritional facts about Steaz Zero Calorie Sparkling Green Tea (Orange) are that it contains absolutely no fat, carbohydrate, protein, or sugar. 1 8 Fl.oz. a serving contains 10 mg sodium, 10 mg B6, 50 mcg, of B12, 400 mcg of folic acid, and 12 mg Vitamin C (steaz.com, n.d.).

I would encourage overweight and obese patients to drink this beverage. I frequently come across overweight and obese patients that are big fans of fizzy drinks and consume them daily several times. This beverage, with its qualities of being sweet and bubbly, provides all the freshness and deliciousness of a regular fizzy drink and can easily replace fizzy drinks from the menu of overweight and obese patients. Consuming this beverage would bring a substantial reduction in their daily calorie consumption, and they are likely to observe positive changes within a few weeks of its consumption. I would discourage those patients from drinking this beverage who take Adenosine medicine because if they consume green tea in any form, it may inhibit the drug’s action and thus impair its function of treating an irregular heart rhythm (UMMC, 2011).  I would also discourage the patients who take Benzodiazepines medicine because the caffeine present in the beverage may reduce the sedative effect of the medicine and thus impair its function of treating anxiety.

My favorite snack

My favorite snack is Milky Way chocolate by Mars. One bar of Milky Way that is 52.2 g in weight contains 240 calories. The total amount of fat in one bar is 9 g out of which, 7 g is saturated fat. There is no trans fat in Milky Way and the amount of protein is 2 g. Total sugars in one bar amount to 31 g while the amount of sodium and cholesterol in one bar is 75 mg and 10 mg respectively (Milky Way, 2013). Nutrients in Milky Way include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, and iron.

Ingredients of Milky Way mainly include sugar, skimmed milk, cocoa butter, milk fat, chocolate, artificial flavor, lactose, soy lecithin, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, corn syrup, palm oil, malted barley, egg whites, and salt (Whatisthatingredient.com, 2011).

I would recommend Milky Way chocolate bars to growing children and underweight patients that do not have diabetes. Milky Way chocolate bar is not only very delicious and serves the sweet tooth of children well, but also fulfills their demand for calcium during the stages of growth. In addition to that, underweight patients that do not have diabetes can enjoy eating Milky Way chocolate bar since it does not contain much fiber and yet provides them with a good supply of calories.

I would not recommend Milky Way chocolate bars to patients that have milk allergies because milk is a fundamental ingredient of this chocolate. A milk allergy is a kind of food allergy that causes the body to produce an adverse immune reaction to a variety of milk constituents no matter which animal the milk has been derived from. Sometimes, the allergy induced by milk may involve anaphylaxis that poses a potential threat to the life of the patient.
