The ninth and tenth chapters can be considered to focus on the possible sources of the negative aspects of the English language. In the determination of a good or a bad use of the English language, one query is with regards to which region can be considered to be using the right version of the said language. Although it can be considered as a challenge, the interesting point lies in the fact that although a regions proximity from the English regions can greatly affect that level of command in the language, there are areas which are nearer to these regions but with bad use of the language (135-145).

Another interesting conclusion regarding the development of the English language is how out of all the variations and versions, the language still manages to continuously rule other languages in terms of uniting the people of that cannot be united in any other modern language. For that matter, the English language then being a unifying force like order in a chaotic world of words, language and communication (147-155). The two chapters although targeted to present the down side of the English language.

In any case though, due to the irony of the capability of English, the many versions can be viewed as the attempt of different groups and different nations to be able to put the language into practical use. VI. The eleventh and twelfth chapter can be considered as an exploration of the influence of the English language. The achievement of the said language can be based on the consideration that powerful nations use English as a means of education and communication in different aspects such as economic and the business.
